I have had trouble with them from the beginning. First in 2015 they lost my new address, then I never got my bills therefore marked as high risk. Then I tried canceling my policy [2016]. I had 3, renters, car, and a membership. they canceled my car insurance. The next year [2017] I called to cancel AGAIN when I found out they were taking payment out STILL. They canceled my renters insurance. This year, 2018, they sent me a bill for my membership, I called immediately and canceled AGAIN. Sure enough they took my payment out. I called again and explained the situation. Still nothing has been resolved, but I'm assured my payment will be returned and that I've had my membership canceled. So unprofessional and unorganized.
