As stated in my review of the previous facility, I'd follow my RMT to the end of the universe if necessary. She also works out of this facility and the difference is night and day!

The price may be a bit higher, but you definitely get what you pay for here. On top of the most AMAZING treatments, the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer your questions and get the right payment options for you.

Call them! And if you want a TRUE deep tissue massage, ask for Neisha. Tell her my review sent you and she'll take GREAT care of you!

I had THE best massage I've ever had with Rajal. I added in a 25min scalp massage for the end. And she went above and beyond for the full time. She seemed super trauma informed and created a very safe environment for me to truly relax. I felt she was very intuitive with my body's needs, finding amazing pressure points to release where I had tension. She also encouraged breathing deeply and followed the flow of my breath to help release tight spots/energy/emotions. Would highly recommend and would visit again to get a massage from her.

Rajal is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and really knows the body. She can zone in on what is needed. I enjoy my experience here every time. The facials are great too.

Recently came here for a Detox Facial. The customer service was super friendly and inviting. From the lady working the front desk to the aesthetician that provided the facial. My skin felt like silk and was glowing after. I feel like I looked like a totally different person. The cost for the facial was about $100 which was reasonable in my opinion. I will mention when trying to buy some of the skin care items to use at home it was highly out of budget. Also they use the professional grade of the skin care line for your facial and it is not available for purchase at the spa itself. That being said, I would still go back and get another detox facial, it was worth every penny.

Me and my sister and sister in law had a great time at Hand & Stone at Trinity Common. Our RMT's were great and customized personal treatments for each of us. Can't wait to go back again and explore the other services they offer.

I've been going to Hand & Stone for almost a year now, and I have my monthly or biweekly massages with Neisha. Neisha is professional and has hands of gold, always leaving my back feeling 100%.

Booked a facial for my best friend's birthday a couple weeks ago. She said Fran was fabulous and she can't wait to go back for another session! I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with their receptionist Maggie trying to figure out which service to book and what dates were available. Thankfully she was extremely patient and helpful. My friend literally came out glowing. Have to book one for myself now!!

I had my first facial with Fran and it was amazing! She was very kind and the massage was wonderful. I have very sensitive skin so I was worried about getting a reaction- but Fran used special products for me and my skin looked great! Would definitely recommend this place 👍

I had a really great massage with Chanel today. She was very friendly and made me comfortable.

Took a shot in the dark and went by the spa to see if they had re-opened. Turns out they have new management and they are turning the place around !!

So glad to hear that they have hired female RMT. This makes it way easier to book appointments for myself and coworkers. Looking forward to see what new management will do with the place.

Welcoming staff and clean environment. I've been going to Fran at Hand and Stone Spa for a few years now for facials and I've enjoyed every single treatment. She takes the time to examine your skin, is gentle and thorough in her approach. I've seen great improvement with skin. Thanks to Fran's treatments. I will for sure be going back!

They finally have an online booking system, but still need to work on direct billing to insurance companies. Fran is your go-to esthetician she will take care of all your skin care needs. May is your ideal RMT, she will get rid of all you tightness in your muscles. You will not be disappointed. 💯

I was at Trinity commin today shopping and noticed Hand and stone … I did not even know there was a spa here, so I decided to go in to inquire about a massage. I spoke with a girl at front desk. She was very helpful and showed me around the spa. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I've had many facials in the past at different spas, today I tried Hand & Stone. I had a facial done by Nyssa and it has been one of the best facials i have ever received. I will return for sure.

While at Trinity Commons, today, I noticed Hand and stone has re-opened. I decided to go see why they have been closed for so long. Turns out they have new management and finally have female RMT’s. I will definitely be booking! Congrats on your re-open
