The staff here were extremely helpful in getting debit and credit cards setup for my first accounts, they explained everything clearly and throughoulgy to best assist me. I am happy to be using RBC going forward!

Not a customer yet. But Hanna was extremely helpful . Very polite and accommodating. really made me feel welcome despite not being a customer. I haven’t dealt with any other staff though.

Great branch, really enjoy chatting with the tellers. They are always very friendly, polite and remember me (even though i don't go in that often). Much better than my old bank!

I wanted to thank everyone at this branch in Guelphs Southend. Carol McCluskey is an incredibly professional employee. (So is Natasha, Anhar and Barkha all amazing!) My banking is always made pleasant and convenient. I do alot of wires, transfers and emails. Carol and her co- workers are experienced and seem to possess knowledge and service other branches around the gta don't offer. I enjoy the fact these people have been employed here for quite some time now. They know most customers that enter the branch by their names and have created a very professional but yet a stance on people knowing they've walked into their home branch feeling! Sometimes the online/phone RBC systems just don't work and you have to go to a branch - the young man who helped me today with a business account need found a work-around to assist me that I'd never get online. Worth the visit!

They can be unbeatable if there is a branch in Guelph open during Sundays.

Your generic bank with friendly staff. No expectations were exceeded but service time was decent and the building well kept in a convenient shopping park.

Went in looking to get a plan to get back on track financially (which I’ve been working very hard at for the past 2 years). I left with a worse credit score and was told the only way to get anywhere was to fill a savings account with them. Don’t think the person I talked to understood what I was there for. Been a customer for many years. Going to switch banks. Wish banks actually wanted to help people still.
