This has been my branch since moving to Guelph a few years ago. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out today when I came into the bank (I use a cane) I was greeted and immediately directed to take a seat at the counter with a chair. Tara was friendly and helpful. A real treat when with Covid there has been so little interaction.
NB: Wendy I didn't open an account. I've banked with TD since '79.

i went to td bank today for applying credit card.Mr. wesley whelan, he is very polite and helpful. Everytime he helped us alot. he deserves more than 5 stars for his services.

Accommodating hours but the staff isn't nearly as friendly as it is in other locations. Extremely busy during most times.

Staff are rude and pushy. They didn't like the fact that I had to wait five minutes for them to make a transfer and gave me the impression that I had to leave.

CAUTION: Do not accept endorsed cheques because you cannot get the cash for them. I learned today from the bank manager that TD will not allow me to deposit a cheque made out to my wife (endorsed by her) into my account, despite being told on my last visit by the teller that I needed to have my wife endorse the cheque. Smugly, as I left...in front of her staff the manager told me "to have a nice day".
