I was given a Gift Certificate for my birthday which started my experience with Natalie Maaden Boutique Spa.
My recent Hot Stone Massage with Cass was a very relaxing and rewarding session. She has the knowledge and experience to. remove the tension and stress from my body. A very friendly but thoroughly professional business. I would highly recommend it to others.

I was gifted a facial and returned for manicure, pedicure and spray tan. The receptionist was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and suggested how to manage my appts. The staff are exceptional in their respective fields. The facial included an arm and hand massage! Much more than just a facial and very relaxing. Manicure has lasted more than 2 weeks now and is flawless! The team member listened to my wishes and past experiences and helped to decide on a blended colour that I would never have thought of. I will definitely go back and may sign up for the multi-use membership to save some money. Plan to take your time.

I have tried lots of other spots in Guelph and I LOVE this spa. I was introduced when a friend gifted me a mask set. Decided to visit for some brow and lash tinting and had a fabulous experience with Parker! She suggested lash extensions (something I had never tried) and I have since been back to get the lash extensions and I love them! So far every service I have had has been wonderful. From the moment you enter you are treated like a friend. I love the vibe! Highly highly recommend.

I have been going to Natalie Maaden Spa for a variety of services (Laser hair Removal, facials, peels, micro needling, etc.) and I have been over the moon with my results and experiences. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm smile. Staff are always professional and pleasant. I always feel like I am being well taken care of. Truly the best spa, amazing team and such a welcoming and peaceful environment. The entire team is amazing, but Charlotte for Laser and Lashes and Kim's magic touch for Facials are truly outstanding. Every time I leave, I feel better than when I walked in. Highly recommend the membership, it's a little treat every month that forces you to take time for yourself.

Had a wonderful experience at Natalie Madden. The space is beautiful and very clean and the staff is so friendly. Aimee was an absolute delight, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the procedure and constantly checked in on my comfort level during it. Will definitely be returning.

Charolette was amazing! It was my first time getting sugaring so she explained the whole process which really helped calm my anxiety. She was quick, efficient, and professional while bringing a warm energy into the room. Highly recommend her and Natalie Maaden Spa!

I have been in twice now for sugaring with Charlotte and both times were a great experience! The spa is beautiful, with so many different service options as well as a cute little boutique with all of the latest trends of jewellery, makeup, some clothing pieces etc. Highly recommend this spa! Natalie Maaden Spa really is a class act! I have been a client here for decades, and would not think of going anywhere else. The decor is beautiful, the staff are friendly and professional and I feel in awe of such a well run business. Even though there are many spas closer to me, I will make the trip to the other side of town for these services. Have had many laser, lash, facial and nail services done by Kim, Charlotte and Jaclyn. A time just for me, to relax and enjoy a stellar experience. Highly recommended.

Natalie Maaden spa is beautifully decorated and has such a peaceful and comfortable aura. Natalie and her team are courteous, professional and thorough. I left another spa that thinned my eyebrows out too much. Natalie and her team introduced me to revive7science and has me use that for a couple of months and then cleaned up my brows and tinted them. The difference is outstanding. I have had other amazing treatments including a facial. I highly recommend speaking with the staff about what facial is best for you. My skin seems to be dry and the facial was really hydrating. They also have a boutique with some really unique pieces. I recently purchased a purse and have received a million compliments. I highly recommend checking this spa out :)
