On time for the appointment. Barely got there and was led to a medical room by friendly and obviously well trained reception. I felt welcome. Within minutes review nurse entered and methodically discussed my concerns and made notes about current medication and probable issues. Very thorough. 5 minutes later a doctor entered and discussed the probable remedies obviously had reviewed the notes. She then took a sample and advised to continue with the prescribed medication. Hoping the followup is as good no matter what the outcome is.
I wish there were more businesses that understood value of time and professional service. I recommend this deRMA Skin Institute.

I got a BELLAMD facial by Kim who is one of the nicest human being ever. She’s so helpful and so educated with everything about my skin and helps me learn more about how to better my skin and is always trying to best benefit me in every way possible. She makes me feel like a friend and not a client. Always so helpful and knowledgeable, truly an amazing experience and I highly recommend booking appointments with her, she really knows what she is doing.

I am most pleased with the great skin care I get from both Sonia and her husband. Today it was Sonia I saw. She was most thorough in her exam of my skin and I received several shots of liquid nitrogen. I also was grateful for the chats we had in between the treatment. Had a visit today in this clinic. It was welcoming and clean. All the staff members were friendly. My appointment was on time. Having my moles checked for skin cancer was done very professionally and I felt totally at ease.

Derma Skin Institute is a welcoming and well organized medical facility! The Dermatologists are excellent and take the time to help patients understand their skin problems. I highly recommend this facility.

The doctor was so friendly and casual; I immediately felt at ease. The nurse who did my biopsy totally put me at ease. The whole place was neat and tidy.

Very welcoming offices and staff. Front office staff professional and welcoming. My appointment was to clarify medical treatment and Dr. Sajic and Tony were exemplary in the time taken to ensure clarity in application of topical creams. Dr. Sajic’s manner encourages patient confidence in his diagnostic abilities and skills to address medical needs.

I attended due to a scalp condition and the doctor and his team were outstanding. Clinic was clean, confirmation email sent in advance and I was seen on time. Biopsy was performed and a follow-up appointment to review the results was scheduled. Follow-up appointment was ontime, biopsy results were shared and a six month check-in was scheduled. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Everyone here is very attentive and informative and recommends the best treatments suited to you! They helped me after I had an unfortunate upper lip scarring from a previous service elsewhere and it is looking so much better. So thank you so much!

I have been with Dr. Sajic of deRMA Skin Institute since I noticed small round, red, rough, itchy or tender spots on my skin surface after many years not knowing what they were (caused from excessive sun exposure over many years without protetion.)
Dr. Sajic recognized the situation immediately and has been vigilant about my having regular visits catching these spots early
as they appear. Usually a nitogren spray treatment does the trick however if he is uncertain about anything he has me see a speciaist pretty quickly. He is a well-informed, concerned, and approachable individual, in whom I trust with anything "skin" related from the first visit. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I got to the appointment on time, staff were very friendly, the doctor was very kind and knew exactly what I had. She offered me good alternatives for my skin problem and gave me samples to try!

I had a biopsy completed in Burlington as the doctor does not work out of the Guelph location. The staff in Burlington were very friendly and professional. A week later the stitches had to be removed. This was done in Guelph as the nurse was able to remove them. The staff in Guelph was friendly and professional. The nurse that put the stitches in at Burlington was the nurse that removed them in Guelph. She was very considerate of the patient's concerns, very gentle, and ,provided concise instructions as to how to care for the incision. She is a person I wouldn't hesitate to have perform other biopsies, which I am hoping won't be necessary. Thank you.

I read all of the reviews before deciding to try deRMA Skin. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the reviews were so varied. But my experience has surpassed any expectations I had. For my consultation I met with Michelle who I cannot say enough good things about. She was lovely, helpful and gave me lots of her time. I met with Dr. Sajic. I was impressed with how much time he devoted to my consultation. He was thorough and answered all my questions. I was presented with a proposed treatment plan and felt no pressure whatsoever. I decided to go with just micro needling and products. Jessica did all my micro needling and she’s wonderful. She’s warm, helpful and very knowledgeable. I am loving the products. My rosacea is hardly noticeable to me and my skin feels so hydrated and the skin feels much thicker and firmer. I just recently came back for a Bella MD treatment which includes micro dermabrasion. Sana did an amazing job and she is also so warm and incredibly knowledgeable. There is definitely a theme at this clinic. They hire really friendly, knowledgeable and skilled people. They don’t push any treatments or products; they only educate. I will be a client for a long time.

I met the team for a consultation for acne scarring. And I was recommended to do sylfirmX microneedling. I got the fourth treatment with nurse Kay today on February 15th, 2024. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the treatment. She paid attention to my needs and she communicated with Dr. Sajic. Then she got the right prescription for my treatment. she was so gentle and very well explained to me about every step of the treatment. She offered me stress ball for distraction from the pain during treatment. She strictly finished the prescribed procedures. I am so looking forward to see the result even I have to wait for 3-6 months to see changes. I am confident of this type of treatment. Nurse Kay is the one you want to go to. I will recommend this type of treatment to anyone has acne scarring problem. And DermaSkin in Guelph is the place you should go!!
