In addition to being compassionate, competent and caring, she is very quick to refer when needed, which is an awesome quality in any professional. I've always appreciated her willingness to do everything possible to help.

Dr. Lightle is the best doctor ever. She is thorough understanding patient and kind. The nurses that work there are amazing and the front office workers are friendly and efficient. Downey Family is the Best Doctor’s office out there😊

My family and relatives have been a patient of Dr. Lightle for a long time. I myself is her patient for over 10 years and now my husband and 2 kids too. Dr. Lightle was so far one of the most intelligent, competent and kindest doctor that I have seen in my whole life in Canada.
The people in reception was great for the longest time I had been in the clinic. However me and my husband feels that new staff is kind of different towards us. I am not sure if it is just her normal tone of voice and the way that she talks to us over the phone or even at the clinic. I know it is not an easy job it actually a very stressful job. I do hope she likes her job. I hope she does not discriminate asian people like us. We may not get the clininic services soon I understand that but the tone of voice , the words, the way you say your words you say to the client is everything.

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Danielle Gray (now Thornton) since she graduated from medical school. In that time, she has been nothing short of amazing! She is a very caring and compassionate doctor that has a true vested interest in the health and well-being of her patients. She has a way of connecting with children, so much so that our own children like to play "Dr. Gray" at home. The wonderful secretaries and nurses at D.F.M. equally demonstrate that commitment to the patients. Our family is so fortunate to be patients of the Downey Family Medical team.

I feel so lucky to be a patient at Downey Medical! Not only is Dr. Lightle warm, caring, supportive, intelligent and highly competent, but she is also available when my family needs to see her. And if she is not working on a particular day when something urgent comes up, another doctor will fill in. All of the staff including the doctors, nurses, and receptionists are warm, caring, conscientious and competent. It is an exceptional clinic!

Dr Lightle is a great doctor. Always seems to find a way to get me in to see her on short notice, and never in a hurry to get me out the door. I appreciate the personal touch!

Dr hutton is the best Dr .Kind and listens to all your concerns .Very fast in getting you into for tests etc when needed .I trust her 100 percent with my health
