I am glad that I found Emotion dance! I called them 6 days before my wedding and was very stressed that I will not find someone to train me and my fiance for our first dance at our wedding that has 300 ppl are attending. Lin was very helpful and kind made me fell very comfortable. Lin organized all the lessons in one day and was following up all the time and making sure I am feeling comfortable with ‘Destiny’ the instructor. Destiny was a great teacher who made us master the first dance in only 4 hours of training. My fiance who never ever danced in his life learned and was great at the wedding. They provide all different type of dance for kids adults and single training I recommend it to everyone.

Emotion Dance Company is a fantastic studio! My daughter suffers from separation anxiety and the teachers have been great with her and now she has so much fun going to her classes each week. The studio is well organized and the parents are kept up-to-date at all times through weekly emails so nothing gets missed. Highly recommended EDC!!!

Emotion Dance Company IS the best studio in Guelph. The teachers are professional and very knowledgeable with technique. I brought my eldest daughter here the first year they opened, just to have fun. Now, she is a competitive dancer as well as her younger sister. Our family loves it here. All four of our children attened emotion dance company, and they enjoy it so much. The director Michelle is like a second mother to my children, and they love her.

My kids and I love Emotion Dance company. It has been great to watch them grow in their love for dance and technique over the past few years. I love watching their year end performances it is the most exciting part of the year for both the parents and the kids. Ms. Michelle and all her dance teachers as well as the dance assistants are absolutely amazing with the kids, their love for their craft is infectious and passes along to the kids. I can't thank our friends enough for introducing us to the studio. Summer dance camp is an absolute must too- my kids are always excited to attend.

Emotion Dance Company is a fantastic dance studio! My daughter has been dancing there for going on 4 years, both in the recreational and now competitive program, and I’ve even done some adult tap dancing myself. The teachers are wonderful and it’s a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for dancers of all ages and experience. I highly recommend this studio!

We are so thankful for Emotion! My daughter, who often has separation anxiety, found a safe, loving place where she can explore her passion for dance. Every week I have to drag her home because she never wants to leave! We love the way Michelle teaches, encourages and helps her grow in confidence every class. As a parent it’s such a joy to see.

We enrolled our daughter 6 years ago, when she was only 2 years old. Our daughter would not be the dancer she is today if it were not for the patience from the EDC staff. From the years spent with EDC, it has been evident that EDC staff is inclusive and non-judgmental with all the families who enroll.
The director/owner has organized a clean and safe environment for our children, which I found comforting during these pandemic days. The director/owner is able to incorporate all levels(recreational/competitive) of dance into a beautiful year end show every year that will pull at your heart strings. We love EDC and highly recommend their programs!

We love Emotion Dance Company! My daughter has been dancing here since she was three - because they had tiny kids hip hop. The little kids classes are adorable and awesome. We love the year end show - it's amazing. Great competitive program.

eMotion is the best studio in town. The skill level of the school is above the others in town. Ballet is taught by real ballet dancers/teachers and I am very pleased with my daughters' progress. The choreography is out of this world so watching the year-end show is a pretty exciting deal. The show is centered around a theme (and is coherently wonderful to watch even though the children present according to their dance genre). The competitive team is highly successful which is a testament of the teaching level at the school. If you are looking for a school that delivers results, this is the right place even if it is just recreational dance.

My daughter has been dancing at EDC for the past 6 years (5 of those on competitive team). Michelle and so many of her dance teachers have made such a strong positive impact on her dancing skills/abilities, but even more importantly, as a person. As we've moved through the pandemic I have realized more and more how important dancing and her dance family at EDC is to her overall wellbeing. In addition to the discipline and physical fitness benefits come so much growth in creativity, perseverance, and team work. Thank you EDC!

My daughter started just 2 weeks ago. MS. MEAGAN is her teacher and in just 2 weeks she's taught her so much. Meagan's a wonderful teacher, great with the dancers, and beyond kind.

There are only a handful of studios in Guelph that offer ACRO and thank goodness EMOTION DANCE COMPANY is one of them. We googled plenty studios, called around but landed here and couldn't be happier.

This studio is super clean and pricing is great. The seating area has been put together with such consideration to parents. There's plenty of sitting options and video monitors of each studio so that you can view the dancers at work. Plus, wifi while you're waiting (if you choose).

My daughter does gymnastics but wanted to add ACRO and Contemporary JAZZ and has been over the moon since starting here. She talks about it endlessly. We are so fortunate to be doing 2 classes back to back on Tuesdays. First , JAZZ then ACRO. "Way to go" on scheduling options that make that possible. (2 hours of dance) PERFECT!

I highly recommend this studio, if dance is what your looking for. A HIDDEN GEM!!!!!!!

Both of our girls dance at Emotion Dance Company and we couldn't be any happier with the teachers and the classes and the facility! They both love it there and have made such wonderful friendships and would not want to dance anywhere else!!

As a grandparent who often drives her grandchild to Emotion Dance, I have found the staff to be highly qualified and the choreography outstanding. Their year end recital last year was amazing and it is obvious that the students enjoy their time at the studio.
