I have been dealing with Daniel since moving my auto and home insurance to Desjardins. He is quick to respond and always takes care of all of my requests promptly. This week he is away and I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey. I needed to add my daughter to my insurance and that would typically update tomorrow. When she found out it is a PD day, she rushed to get everything in place so my daughter could enjoy her new found freedom immediately. She had everything done within the hour! I could not be happier with the attention and friendliness in my interactions with Kelsey. It is great to know that in Daniel's absence Kelsey will be there to extend his excellent service.

A few weeks ago, I was involved in a very minor accident. I was very shocked by it. Really didn’t know what I was supposed to do. I went over and was met by an agent Moe Mohamed. I took the insurance for car and home its so easy and cheaper than any other insurance company. It’s also give good discount if you take both car and home insurance. The guys moe Mohamed on this branch is really good and helpful. I recommend all guys to visit this branch once and get a good deal on your insurance.

Dealing with my past insurance broker was like pulling teeth.
But dealing with Shelby from Desjardins was the exact opposite! I guess the opposite of pulling teeth would be putting teeth back in, which isn't the image I want to convey. It was more like... going for a nice relaxing walk along a beach, on an august evening, and hearing songbirds sing you songs of how much money I'll be saving on my auto insurance while keeping the coverage that I need.
10/10 would recommend to a friend!

My account recently got transferred to Todd's office after my previous Desjardin's insurance agent retired (I was with that office almost 20 years). I felt like I was starting all over but I have to say, after meeting Todd and his whole team I can tell all my insurance needs will be well looked after. I am overall extremely pleased with Todd and his team.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Sean 1:1 to review my current insurance policies. He was very thorough and took the time to explain my policies so that I could understand what exactly I am paying for. He reviewed my current policies and was going to work his magic to try and save me money by bundling all my services. He called me the next day to give me a run down of what my new rate would be and it was like talking to someone I had known a long time. I was very happy with Sean and what he was able to do.
