I have been a client of Co-operators for over 20 years and have always experienced service that was above and beyond my expectations.

The staff never fails to meet my every insurance need and my claims experience has be beyond outstanding. The claims adjusters that work for the Co-operators are compassionate, customer focused and most important AVAILABLE to their clients. They will do everything in their power to go through the process with ease and peace of mind.

I was involved in a very serious car accident while just pregnant and was in the hospital for months recovering. My adjuster made sure I was comfortable and safe while in the hospital and she was always available to help . She was my advocate with the hospital administration as it became difficult at times with them due to the need for an extended stay. After I was discharged from the hospital. She had organized a respite care facility, as I was still not ready to return home.

My Income Replacement Benefit started straight away and I never once had to ask for money. or worry about a bill......ever. This was such a relief during this difficult time for myself and my husband.. I had just started a new job and was terminated from my employment as I was still in the probationary period.

When I was finally able to come home, all the medical devices, physical and rehab therapy had already been set up for me. My adjuster knew me and the extent of my injuries so well because she was so involved in my case, no detail was left out. She had even arranged for me to have new pajamas so I was able to use my transfer board.

My husband and I NEVER once had to reach into our pockets to make a payment for anything related to my care or therapy.

I was provided with exceptional therapy for post traumatic stress disorder. The therapy was intensive and all different methods and approaches were available to help rebuild my life. All of it covered under my accident benefits.

When my husband had to return to work, I had a support worker available to prepare my meals, assist with personal care and do light housekeeping and laundry.

I had weekly housekeeping to make sure my house was tidy and clean.

A rehabilitation specialist to assess what it would take to get me back in the workforce when that time came, including providing me with a brand new computer.

I worked with a rehabilitation driving instructor who helped accident victims like me get back behind the wheel with confidence. I was given as many lessons as I needed. Took almost 3 years, and I was actually driving again!

My income replacement continued after I had my baby several months later. This continued benefit allowed me the maternity leave and the time I needed to be with my new baby.

I was in recovery and then maternity leave for almost 3 years. The accident benefits and my adjuster saved my life.

I had hired a litigation lawyer who was always in awe of the personal touch and relationship that my adjuster had with me. She visited me weekly and would always bring some small gift or box of chocolates. Those little things always brightened my day.

I'm very happy and proud to say, I made a full recovery and my beautiful baby boy was born healthy. He is growing up healthy and happy.

After spending almost 2 HOURS on the phone with her previous insurance provider, I suggested my fiancee give my provider a call and within 15 minutes, she was quoted - and at a premium that was ~50% lower per month - and had all her questions and concerns attended to - with some laughs during this time as well.
