Helpful and professional customer service heather was very friendly and Susan was so knowledgeable and professional in the insurance industry she really helped explaining my renewal and made sure I had all the right coverages I needed for my home and auto policies. She even found some ways to lower my rates! Overall great service! I will be renewing with Allstate for many years to come!

I had the pleasure of working with Ken Lamb. I needed to switch insurance companies but had absolutely no idea where to start. Thankfully Ken was able to answer all of my questions and clarify anything I didn’t understand. He was able to break down what is included and work within a range I could pay. Normally dealing with insurance companies/employees was something that was I never look forward to but Ken made everything easy.

Sharon Tanti - is correct in that rates should be shopped every 4 years, but so should coverage's as not all insurance company's are the same - and not all insurance company's will be a good fit for your particular needs.
