Galaxy Cinemas Pergola Commons

Manager greeted us at the front to scan our CineClub tickets and the AVX theatre felt and looked clean. A fly or some other bug in the projector room during the pre show and first 5-10 minutes of the film but was unnoticeable after the first 5-10 minutes of the film starting.

I appreciate that the manager looked to be present and helping the staff do some of closing tasks when we left the theatre and wasn’t just walking around with a clipboard.

I hope this theatre could see an expansion of the games/Xscape area in the future as this past experience makes me feel like they are 5/5 and are well deserving of the expansion and acknowledgement of their hard work (+ I really just like the ball drop game).

I normally visit the Scotiabank, Queensway or Newmarket Silvercity treaters and I found this theater to be on the same level of friendliness and cleanliness if not surpassing some of them.

Love this place. Just a small simple theatre Buffy everyone is friendly and it's always clean.

We were just there with my family and my sister and her kids to see Paw Patrol. The movie was great, but the manager on duty (didn’t catch his name) was great. Was helping everyone by holding doors, by helping carry food and drinks for parents, bringing booster seats for all the kids and whatever else was needed. Great job man!

I love this theatre. We always watch shows in the AVX theatre. Great picture quality and sound. Facilities are always clean.

Efficient staff, pretty clean theatre. Caught Venom yesterday, Shang-chi today. They're doing their best... unfortunately though the pre-movie ads clearly ask to take your leftovers/garbage with you in view of the pandemic, people do not and just leave then for the cleaners. Too bad they can't be fined.

We recently booked a b-day party for our 12-year old at Galaxy Cinemas Pergola Commons. The party was a great success. The facility is clean and well maintained. Michelle and Emily were super-friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to serve all the food and snacks on time and to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you so much!

Popcorn was great nothing better than Bob Marley music. Nice evening.

Saw a few movies here, very friendly staff and helpful. The seating is comfortable, even though it’s not the big recline seating, that some theaters have.

Haven't been to a theatre since before the pandemic started. It was wonderful to be able to see a movie the way it was meant time be seen again. Also, the popcorn is second to none! Why is the popcorn so good at the theater?

Very clean and tidy atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and attentive from the concession cashiers to the ticket taker to a kind lady sweeping at close wishing us a good night. Will definitely return for my next movie outing. Snack prices were ridiculously high but that’s a corporate Cineplex issue not a local complaint.

This theater is always clean and the staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly. I'm not one to leave reviews often but wanted to take the time to recognize how welcoming and warm the staff are at the movie theater. I think teenagers seem to get a bad wrap but every teen I've spoken to that worked here was extremely positive, helpful, and had excellent customer service skills! I've had better customer service the few times I've been here compared to some restaurants. Kudos to the team!

I usually go to this location because the seats are more comfy, tonight I paid for my tickets online but I apparently selected the wrong theatre- the staff tried to get me to another available showing but the timing didn’t work so they fully refunded me no questions asked. Thank you very much for the great customer service

Went on a Wednesday afternoon show with my wife. The theater was completely empty which was a different experience! Typically would have to rent the theater out for that. The location was clean, and the seats were great. This location has reserved seating. The online portal didn't allow us to reserve the seats so we reserved when we got there to buy the tickets for the movie.
