Been here twice to determine if my baby needed a helmet. In the end, he did not, but both experiences were so positive. James is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and great with babies. The receptionist, Ashley, is lovely as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with babies or kids.

I put off getting orthotics for a long time. I'm two months into wearing orthotics from here and I'm pain-free. It's absolutely incredible the difference. They have a great guarantee on their services that made me feel very safe getting them. My only regret is not getting them sooner.

After the surgery to reconstruct and reconnect my post tibialis tendon I was told I'd never return to running. James has twice now created orthotics that allow me to run pain free. He is brilliant.

I had to have Custom Orthotics made for my shoes . I was told to get them from Guelph Orthotics. It was the best move I ever made !! I was fitted by James he's the person to deal with !! I got my first pair and loved so much that I bought another pair for my slippers !! I cannot stress enough how happy I am to be one of James clients. I have just had new AFO’s made by him over the Christmas holidays including first fitting within two weeks. I would like to mention that I have spastic cp and one of my feet is complicated to address. He was very confident and sure that he could make my new pair just as comfortable as my old pair. The outcome exceeded my expectations - not only did we reach the support as needed, but the fit of the afo in my shoe was more compact.

James loves what he’s doing and it shows. He is a great listener and is highly skilled at finding solutions quickly.

I cannot say enough about Guelph Orthotics. James and his staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable. I went to see them for running orthotics, after year of a sedentary life style I was able to train for a 30km race in just a few month with no shin splints, knee or hip pain.
