Staff were so kind and caring... I had an IVDD french bulldog that needed to be put down after hours :( when i called the staff were nore than happy to allow us to come into their quiet room with our while famiky and other dog, and enjoy our last few ours peacefully with our baby even though it was after hours and the holiday weekend. They again were so caring and supportive to us during the experience.

Thank you for allowing us to have the time to enjoy our last few memories with him, and to bring him peace as he was happy and pain free in his last hours ❤

I had a fantastic experience here when I was referred here at midnight from downtown Toronto. I was received at the door by a friendly tech. They took us right in and gave us a quiet comfortable room with a sofa which was great as we were there with 2 other dogs. There were 2 other emergencies that beat us there (while we were en route) so our surgery was delayed by hours (my dog was stable) but they checked on us at least once an hour or whenever we asked and we did get X-rays and an ultrasound plus my dogs vitals were checked often. In the future, if I ever have an emergency, I will get referred here and will skip the VEC. The cost of my visit here was 1/3 of my friends cost at VEC.

Had to have my bunny put down here. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but they made the process as comfortable as possible for my bunny as well as my partner and I. They did not push or anything. The vet was extremely kind but also upfront and professional. A far drive but 100% worth it.

I’ve had the fortunate (or unfortunate depending on how you look at it, given the second time was after a freak accident) experience of being referred to Dr. Haws twice now for dental surgery for dogs in my care. The first time was for a client’s labradoodle puppy in 2020 when we weren’t allowed to go into the clinic, and they were great at keeping my client and myself on the same page throughout the puppy’s assessment and subsequent treatment. They did a very thorough job explaining options over phone & email and gave him the best possible care. The second time was for my border collie who can be nervous with strangers handling her. Dr Haws and his team were amazing with her and kept me posted on her progress throughout her surgery. The photo updates were a lovely added touch too. Thank you Dr Haws & staff and hopefully we won’t be back anytime too soon :)

This hospital is amazing. Dr. Haws and his team were so good go my little angel (Lily - Chihuahua). She had to have major surgery and had several teeth removed. She is healthy but doesn't have a good history with anesthetic. The whole team was caring, very knowledgeable and got her through this traumatic experience. They were great with me as well. I was quite upset and worried. It was a long day and they kept me updated along the way. I knew my little girl was on good hands. When I picked her up the whole team was with her and came out to see me. They gave me a detailed report about what they did and what to do when I got home. Thank you to you Dr Haws and your incredible team. I can't thank you enough for making my little girl feel better again.

Very knowledgeable vets and the vet techs/office staff are amazing with our dog. He had a double.leg surgery and the care he was given was outstanding. They are easy to reach, even after hours, and care enough to follow up to ensure your pet is comfortable. I appreciate that all options were presented to us so that we were able.to make the best decision for our dog. Great people!

My bunny was close to death from fly strike on a holiday. This vet was opened thankfully, and took us at midnight to treat her before her condition got any worse. She is now healthy and alive because of them. They were friendly, thorough and prices were beyond reasonable for a vet. I would give them 10 stars if I could and wish there were more clinics for animals similar to them. Thank-you❤❤❤

They took SUCH amazing care of my little pup when she needed surgery for a gland under her chin. She was only 7 months old and I was nervous at first. They took the time and care to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable. If your pet needs surgery, everyone here will take such good care!

I had to bring my dog here for dental work. Never a place you want to have to go, but if you have to GVSH is the best around. They made me feel comfortable and safe leaving my dog there for the day. They answered all questions I had and made sure I felt safe and secure leaving my loved one there. Scheduled follow ups and made sure everything was good with my dog. Highly recommend for those tough times where you need to bring your fur babies somewhere.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the detail of examinations, ability and willingness to answer all of my questions and the extensive follow-up.

We had a really great experience with Dr. Haws and the staff at the Dental Clinic. They were very attentive to all of our questions and gave us superb after care!

Our first visit with Dr.Yu and the clinic was an AMAZING experience, they were super helpful, knowledgable & caring. Dr. Yu took his time to explain and answer ALL questions about allergies, put us on a plan and went thru extensive detail on how, why, when, all of it! A wonderful & loving
place! SUPER impressed!

We were at our wits end with our puppy, had tried everything to make her better and didn’t know where to turn, my family vet referred us here and these people truly are amazing and thorough I can’t express the relief they gave me when they told us they knew what was wrong with our pup and how to treat it. Thank you for everything you do!

Very good vet. We were there at the end of life for our cat. They were very compassionate, caring, and accommodating for our family and cat. They tried their best for cat.

My dog had surgery done to his ear. Total ear canal ablation and bulla osteotomy. Excellent work from Dr. Bichot and his team.

Expensive. But sometimes you have to pay a little more to help the ones you love so that's fine.. very professional staff. Always teaching students

Everyone at Dr. Yu's office was amazing and so thorough. We were happy without visit from start to end.
