While I think that she is a wonderful doctor, the issue of trying to talk to someone in the office is impossible. It normally takes up to 40 calls to talk to reception and then to get transferred into the doctor's office is just as bad. The online booking is very limited in use .. if I just need some paperwork or a referral, I should not have to book an appointment. It is at the point where I need to drive to Dawson, pay for parking, go through the central reception and hopefully get my request to the office. This has been unacceptable for a long period of time ..

My family have seen this doctor for years and while she is a good family doctor she will and has ignored women’s reproductive health issues and does not care about women. I use to see her when I was younger and was told to stop by my gynaecologist as she was prescribing incorrect medications multiple times and causing major reproductive health issues for me. I am still trying to fix the issues she caused over 5 years later. If you are a woman and have reproductive issues all you can expect is an eye roll and incorrect practice leading to years of problems. Only reviewing now to warn others
