Best ever coffee shop in the lower Lonsdale area! Coffee is great! Banana loaf is terrific. Love it! Environment is cozy. A real hidden jem! From the outside u cant tell easily the shop name. So be sure you catch it by its little green door.

I’ve been always looking forward to picking up my daughter who lives near by, so I would have an excuse to come here for the best Americano’s I’ve ever had!

They serve 49th parallel quality coffee for 2005 prices with no wait. This is a hidden gem. This 20oz (venti/large) perfectly done (every time) wet cappuccino costs 5 bucks. I didn't even want to post a review because I feel like I've found a hidden gem, but it's a cute mom and pop store competing with big chains like 49th, Starbucks, etc, and I want them to survive in an ever more difficult environment for small businesses. Don't like inflation? Tired of terribly done bar drinks? Go here.

***I forgot, I'd you're looking for a good sandwich, I have only tried their turkey panini, but it is packed with good meat and fresh veggies, and only $8.95.

Super cute coffee shop tucked away in the street. Interior was charming and cozy. Barista bright and cheerful. Delicious iced mocha.

Pretty decent cup of drip coffee - opens early. Husband got the dark roast and I got the medium. Appreciated that they had honey since I try not to eat sugar. Food options were premade sandwiches in plastic wrap - not the best. Decided not to order any food even though I was hungry.

Great little coffee shop. I've been there 20+ times and every time the people working there were very nice. I recommend the cranberry sandwich. One little downside is when I pay it always prompts you to tip even though you're just buying a coffee over the counter lol. I'd personally never tip unless I had table service. Press 4 then enter to get around the machine asking for a tip 👍.

One of my favourite spots for a coffee to-go on Lower Lonsdale. In my opinion West Of Java is a much better choice for coffee than 49th Parallel across the street.

They're friendly here and very quick, I usually get my order within the amount of time it takes to pay! There's a big selection of food as well. The walls display lots of art and it's very cozy inside :)

Just went here for the first time, got a blt. Bacon was thick and crispy, bread was good quality multi grain and the hot coco was great. Definitely coming back!

I never write google reviews unless something blows my mind. The iced matcha latte I got from here BLEW my mind. Can't figure out why it's so good, but it is SOOO good.

Excellent coffee, we got a matcha latte and a caramel macchiato and both were great. Also the cinnamon rolls are recommended.
