It's a very nice gym, all the equipment in good conditions, including massage chairs, bed massages, tanning, I recommend it.

For a price of $10-15 a month my expectations were very low for this gym however I was caught by surprise when I noticed that it’s very clean, there’s a good selection of machines, a lot of equipment is brand new and modern. The only drawback is finding parking in that area. But overall it has everything you’d expect to find in a gym, very happy member so far.

The employees are very helpful and professional. As a Platinum Member like me your get free access to the showers, water massage bed which is so relaxing after a good training session and the Ergoline stand up tanning machine. As a retired tanning specialist, I can say it's one of the top stand-up machines in the World. I recommend this gym.

It is exactly what I needed, and I guess what a lot of people look for in gyms: a place to run in a machine, and a place where they can do some weight-lifting and have a good time. No need for being charged for yoga classes or spinning classes that they will never use. I really enjoy my time there, it is a bit crowded at times, but nothing to worry about. There is always space to do the exercise you want. Great idea. Love it.

Worth for money . I wasted my money on another gym where they charged me 90$ for a month . here it is way cheap.

For the price, you can't complain about anything. Yes its crowded sometimes and the music sucks and some of the machines are out of order pretty often but given the what you'd have to pay elsewhere, it's still the best offer.

A very modern gym at an amazingly affordable price! The equipment is very decent, the free weights are plenty and modern. The gym is spacious and there's an abundance of cardio machines. The gym also has hydro massage and a solarium. Highly recommended

It’s a great little spot, I go in the mornings so it works out perfectly for me, nice people and moreover not many people in the morning time. I heard and know, it gets packed during the evening time. Staff is without a doubt very nice.

Workout for members by appointment only right now. But its zero hassle and great to be back. Modern and clean equipment and never too crowded during the day. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The place is always clean. I always avoid going in around 17-18h because it can be packed. Other times of the day are less packed

Went 2 gyms while travelling in Montreal.
Énergie Cardio: disinterested young attendant, no orientation/explanation, zero atmosphere. Cost $23. Econofitness: respectful interaction, energetic vibe in the rooms (buzzing), great equipment. Plenty of space. Cost: free
(first visit). If I lived here I would sign up here, honestly!

Sometimes a bit crowded but usually fine. People are nice and the price is pretty good too. Not wheelchair accessible though

Good place, friendly

Fair price for what you get. Like the other reviews says, it is a small gym, but unless you go at 5-6pm, you should be fine.

The space is much bigger than I originally expected, and provides almost all of the equipment I'm looking for. The staff is always present and helpful.
