Used to come here and I miss it so much. Unfortunately I've moved away. Such a spacious gym, inexpensive and not very crowded. It's almost like having your own personal gym. The owner is also extremely kind and if you have any issues the staff will assist you. So much equipment as well, including a heavy bag. Very spacious and more importantly, the space is utilized in an efficient manner. You likely won't find anything better for the price

Best gym in the city. Tons of GREAT equipment, lots of space, parking, amazing price, friendly staff and old school gym atmosphere that is hard to find these days. You would think that I either work for the gym or have been paid to write this but that is not the case. I have been to tons of gyms and United is hard to beat. It may seem a bit out of the way in the east but once I am on the 40 it actually only takes me a couple of minutes more to get there than my old gym which was 2 and a half kilometers from my house. Forget about the "economy" and big box chains with horrible equipment and a terrible gym culture where people hog machines and put more effort into taking instagram pictures of themselves. If you want a real gym with equipment that actually targets the muscles it is intended to, then definetely check out United.

Great gym, all of equipment needed, nice and durable treadmills , friendly staff , not too crowded most of the time.

If you live close to this gym you are in luck and I am officially jealous!
I went to the gym for 3 months before I had to move away.
Very spacious and it has everything you need and you can think of. Rarely crowded and well ventilated. The gym is open 24 hours and there is a good size parking lot. I never had an issue with parking.

They have a women only mini gym that is well equipped.

Big locker room, bring your own lock. There are clean showers and a Sauna!

They also have group classes that you can join, most of them are free but there are few that you need to pay a little extra to attend.

The front desk staff are just a bless! Very friendly, understanding and accommodating. shout out to Angela :)

All and all, a great gym. Definitely recommend it.

I missed the classes so much during the closings. I’m so glad they’re back (hopefully for good). Vince is an incredible instructor. His passion and commitment to his members is overflowing. I would highly recommend this gym. I also had no issues with my membership fees.

I’ve been a loyal customer now for over a decade! This gym offers a nice variety of classes, something for all levels and interests! It’s big, has great equipment and even a private section for women only. The place is clean and the staff is friendly! And might I mention there are saunas! All for a very good price 👌

Very nice gym, nothing to say, the work space is always clean, the people that go there are always willing to help you out and the reception is just friendly. Thanks to Bruno for his amazing service. 100% would recommand to everyone. 🤌

I became a member at this gym 6 month ago.
So far, I'm very happy with the facilities and the group classes. I do wish they offered more classes overall.

The gym is massive, all the equipment you need and more. Staff and other members are all incredibly friendly! The gym and changing rooms are always kept clean

UNITED GYM is a wonderful gym with a great staff and service, good prices, great trainers, many different classes and a wide variety of training and cardio equipment! With all the varietyand two training sections, you'll be able switch things up in your routines as often as you like!

10 year being with United , great place and even better people !!! The staff the price and all the classes , I should give them 6 🌟.but five is the maximum !!!! Really if you thinking about a very good Gym. Make United Gym your choice .

Love the gym and the staff, they are very friendly and polite. Very spacious and good equipment. Love the classes as well, specially by Annie and Vince. Love them.

I've been training there for a few years now. Overall equipment ok. You can feel comfortable if you're a beginner or a a professionnal. It's a friendly vibe there. I like it.

Reasonably priced gym, big space and lots of equipment and weights. Not too busy either, which allows you to do the exercises and workouts you want without waiting. Friendly staff as well, reccomended if you live close by.
