I visited the store today to ask a question about an unsuccessful online transaction. One of the managers came over and spent 40 minutes with me. He called the main department on his phone and followed up with them, and etc. Eventually, my issue was resolved! It meant a lot to me that he dedicated his time to addressing my problem. He was very kind and nice, and I deeply appreciate his help!

I ordered magic bullet five days ago They send me email to go to the store, pick it up when I looked at the bill, I noticed they charge me 8.99 for delivery so I spoke to the responsible and the floor he told me nothing we can do we all charge like this for delivery I got very mad and I decide to return the product and a manager was there his name anis he resolved the problem, and he returned 8.99 to my credit for the delivery.
I want to say we need more Person like Mr. anis Thank you so much

the service in this store is so terrible，I bought Samsung electric stove ，lg fridge and samsung washer in this store in June this year，the samsung electric stove was broken on September 15th，I went to this store serveral time，they told us to call samsung customer service ，the staff from the Samsung repairing department came to my place to repair it twice，but they cannot repair it。so they told us to contect best buy to return it。best buy told us contect samsung 。up to now we cannot use this electric stove。I want to know when I can use my stove 。we have already been waiting for the stove to cook our food over for a month，we can just order delivery or eat outside for one month。when can your store bestbuy solve our problem？？

On Thursday the 23rd of February, the manager at the order pick up desk called to inform me that my long delayed order for my daughter's Christmas present had finally arrived. The product was the Marshall II headphones which was very hard to find. I had been to 5 Best Buy stores before placing my order at a store in Montreal's West Island. I believe the manager's name was Cheryl or Charlene. She was very professional and helpfull. Best Buy will have excellent customer service if it hires more staff like her.

I've ordered a Samsung galaxy product for my wife's birthday, but at the due date it was not delivered to the store. That day was my last day in Montreal and they had nothing in stock to offer me. I was so disappointed and felt ignored, but finally a very kind staff named Chelsea found me a canceled order with the same specs and I could spend a great day with my wife. Thank you Chelsea thank you BestBuy Sainte-Catherine Montreal.

I really loved my experience at Best Buy today with Lucas, a sales representative ! Thanks to him, I was able to exchange a product I bought online with one that is well suited to my needs. He is a good listener, respectful and a good advisor ! I really recommend seeing him if you need any assistance.

Visited 3 times in the past week. Highly recommend Alexis for his service. I didn't catch the names of the other two staff but they were really helpful as well. So continue to shop here! Also happy I was able to bring my old batteries and phone to recycle.

A good inventory of products but could definitely do better. I never had an issue with their customer service, I actually had a very recent pleasant experience with them, however, AVOID as much as you can the GEEK SQUAD… worst customer service and total absence of basic knowledge and common sense!

The shop is well organized with a variety of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. You would get what you want for sure. I bought my son the Nintendo joystick from there which are far more cheaper than home.

The service in this Best Buy is top-notch! I went in just to buy a keyboard, but decided to check a sound bar I was already thinking about buying. I asked the clerk to help me test a few, he let me even try it with my own music!!! It was amazing and ended up buying the sound bar that I liked the most. I even got a small discount for my purchase since it was the last day of black friday weekend. Very impressed with the service, could improve they aesthetics, but I know they're remodelling.

David and Emmanuela redefine the notion of customer service, I am very impressed with their level of professionalism, it is a rare quality these days.

They went above and beyond to help me recover a purchase receipt that was necessary for a manufacture guarantee; the task was tedious, nevertheless they pulled through without making a burden out of the situation.

I truly admired the team work among the staff to resolve this issue and would not hesitate to recommend this branch to everyone in my circle.

Everyone is so nice and helpful in that store: Best Buy and GeekSquad employee. (Except one lady at the service who's rather stoic but helpful nonetheless-- she must deal with lots of... interesting customers, haha).

Went during the Black Friday (busy time), manager of Geeksquad helped me in less than 10 min. This guy is so friendly and competent.

I had such a bad experience exchanging a PC model that is very low on availability and had to make over 10 calls to their customer service call center which is as useless as snow tires on a bicycle, and still had no help or correct information given to me at all.

I am giving THIS particular location a 5 star ONLY because of ONE person that was able to resolve my issue. This man named Fedi was able to do the job of over 10 people and knows more about how this company should function than anyone I've spoken with.

Fedi deserves a promotion or another company will be very lucky to have him.
