Jon was very knowledgeable about the product lines. Took the time to explain and compare the various levels of comfort available. Allowing me to sample the products made it easier to decide what mattress and box spring I purchased. Top notch products and personnel.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into the military road Metro mattress. I always assumed that you had to buy the whole bed, but all I needed was a mattress, not a box spring or anything else. Jon was very pleasant and helpful and because of his great customer service, I will be shopping Metro mattress again and telling all of my friends and co -workers about this place. I live right here off of military road and I was in and out of the store in minutes. Thanks again to associate Jon for his knowledge and being so professional. Very happy with my new mattress.

Buying a new mattress can be overwhelming. There are so many options! I went to Metro Mattress on a whim one day and ended walking out with an amazing new mattress! Jack was such an awesome sales rep! He spent almost two hours with me explaining all of the differences between the various options. I truly believe he has the patience of a saint because I asked a ton of questions! Lol! After going through the options and what my budget was, he recommended what he thought would be best for me. He worked on getting me every deal he possibly could and the price ended up being right! I pulled the trigger and bought the bed. He set up delivery for the next day as well, which shocked me. I was so happy I didn't have to wait. The delivery team was professional and courteous. I am beyond happy with my new Tempurpedic with adjustable frame! I needed a new mattress as mine was ready to be thrown out. It was uncomfortable and sometimes even painful to sleep in. My sister and I went a couple places but when we arrived at Metro Mattress on Military road we were welcomed wonderfully by the salesman Mike. He was a pleasure to talk to, we both felt like he wasn’t just trying to sell me something but actually help me find a bed that met my needs. His knowledge on mattresses was great !

Besides that, the delivery men were also very nice and funny ! A great pleasure talking to them as they dropped the mattress off. No issue whatsoever :D

He shared his expertise, answeredmy questions and our family now owns a great new bed! Free delivery and a tiny carge the removal of Great Granny's old, rock-hard bed. If you want a peaceful night's sleep, GET OVER TO METRO MATTRESS and see Antonio!
