Niagara Primary Care

Maggie Desmarais is my FNP and I can’t say enough good things about her! Not only is she kind and professional but she truly cares about her patients and will go above and beyond to be the best advocate she can for them! I have been to many clinics and Iv never had a better FNP than Maggie! Truly blessed

Glad I found a doctor that actually listens to you. My last doctor gave me the run around about my back. My last doctor(DR. SAURET) sent me to one of his colleagues NEUROLOGIST/NEUROSURGEON(DR. SIDDIQUI)because orginally (DR. SIDDIQUI) didn't take my insurance so he(DR. SAURET) got me in to see him(DR. SIDDIQUI)only to hit my sciatic nerve with a epidural needle causing my leg to jerk in pain. So glad that trip is over with. Been at Primary Care now for a year. Johnna Coleman is great at her job. I'm glad to be a patient of hers

Was greeted by a friendly face and tended to as needed and helpful. The paper work was usual and when finished we were called back right away. Very pleasant experience. (For a doctor's appt). We were exceptionally pleased with Dr. Coleman. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed during the examination. Looking forward to a lengthy relationship. Thank you.

Highly recommend Niagara Primary Care. I went this afternoon as an urgent care after suffering a laceration on my hand. The office staff was so kind. They helped me pull out my insurance cards and fill out paperwork while I was busy trying to keep pressure on the wound. They then brought me right back and Dr. Som came right in and fixed me up. I was in and out in a half hour. The doctor was so kind, funny and he stayed late to help me. Thanks Dr. Som and crew!

They’re quick & that means a lot to me. When you check in, you go to a room almost immediately & get seen within minutes. Ms. Coleman is very caring & makes sure you understand what’s going on with your health. The rest of the staff are just as great & as friendly as can be. I’ve never been happier with a primary care.

They're great over there, they get me in and out rather quickly without making it feel rushed. I have even popped in on a couple of occasions and was able to see the doctor on the spot. I'm quite happy to call this my doctor's office. My wife and I both go here as our primary doctor.

Beyond thankful to get the care I need, when I need it most. My normal Drs office was closed today-but they were happy to help. My appointment was through and compassionate. Johnna Coleman is very caring with excellent bedside manner. She is very thorough and takes time to talk to you. I've only been seeing her for about a year now but she is definitely the best primary I've ever had. I strongly suggest seeing her for your future primary needs

Great primary care doctor in the Niagara Falls area. Great Doctor's for pain management as they are very knowledgeable on a variety of medications for use as an alternative to opioids.

Overall, the service is exceptional and the facility is very nice and up-to-date. Highly recommended if you're seeking a new doctor and happen to live in the Niagara County area.

Opposed to my first time there which was very slow. This time for my second visit for my primary it was a very fast and courteous visit I enjoyed it immensely.
