Mike and Sara shipped a Peloton from Fort Mill, SC to my door in Buffalo, NY in less than a week from calling and super affordable. Everything was professionally wrapped, put on a pallet, and couldn’t have been smoother. Thanks guys!!

Samantha, gave me the Best experience I have had going into the UPS Store I have had in Years. She was nice, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. She had a smile on her face that could Brighten up anyone's worst day.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I forgot to put something into a package and they were able to locate my package and help me fix my error in less than 5 minutes.

Sam and staff were a huge help in sending off my earbuds that were forgotten at my hotel. I spoke to Sam and then emailed the store and he promptly sent me a form to fill out for billing. I filled it out on my phone and sent it back and promptly got a receipt with tracking that it was sent out. Great work and good fast communication! Much appreciated!

I have used their location to drop off packages since they are the closest to the Canadian Border, drove over and picked up and everything was smooth and easy to get. No hassle, no questions! I will definitely use their services again!

I’ve had only positive experiences at this store. And the one guy, I should figure out his name, but with the clear glasses- what a guy! Goes above and beyond every time.

5 STARS!!!! I had the best experience with the staff at this location. Jacob, Mike, John, Barbara, Ryan, Tyler. We are on a time crunch and Tyler and Ryan were most gracious. My client had to notarize his documents. We were nightmare customers, I said it! The staff could not be more accommodating !!!!! They were fabulous!! They even helped find our lost car keys!!!!

I contacted Mike from out of state to have a very large furniture piece and some additional items shipped from Buffalo to Colorado vis UPS freight. Mike handled everything from the residential pick up to tracking the order to my doorstep. I couldn't be more impressed with how carefully everything was packed and Mike's consistent communication. All of the items arrived in perfect condition. Mike and his team went above and beyond. I would ship with this UPS Store again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mike!

Store has just closed when I approached the door, the gentleman came out to my car and asked If he could take my package for me and apologized that he had just closed. He noticed it had a prepaid label on it! So nice to know that some people are willing to go out of their way for customer service!

I have used this store for many years and am very happy with there services, the staff are always helpful and proficient. I could only imagine a bad experience here being caused by the fault of the customer. As a Canadian there services are excellent for cross-boarder shopping.

The service at this store has always been awesome. I've been using this store for four years now without any problems. The review about the phishing scam company has nothing to do with the store itself or the service they provide. Any company providing PO Boxes cannot always verify if the person renting the box is legitimate.

I have been a direct customer there with mailbox for over a year and have to say that it has made my life much simpler. While the price may be prohibitive for some, I needed to maintain a US address (even though I am living in Canada again). These people are VERY friendly, always willing to help me, and I honestly believe this is because I am always friendly with them and very honest with them.

Love this UPS location!!! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They work together to make sure clients are in and out timely. The store is kept immaculate.
Kudos to the management and staff for being so amazing all the time!
