Excellent service, Great Tech support, My go to robotics source!! I have been a technology teacher for many years and have used Studica for software, Equipment and supplies. I have also purchased materials for FIRST projects and Battlebots from them. Always top quality and very helpful. I would suggest that you ask for Matthew if you need assistance. He has been great.

After waiting more than a week, I was given an invalid serial number. I emailed "Technical Support" and they told me to ask Solidworks about it. So I did, they told me that I needed to go back to Studica because Solidworks do not have my serial numbers on file because I bought it from a third party seller.

Update: I was able to get the serial number. So, 7 days to get "education verified". (5 being business days). Then, another 7 days to get it sorted out with technical support and marketing. The emails from tech support seems to be copy and paste responses. How can I be certain if my emails were actually read...

Service is terrible. Requested my serial number for Clip Studio that I bought previously. I emailed them nearly two weeks ago and no response, despite their automatic system telling me they received my email and would be back to me in a timely manner. I will be calling consistently to complain until I get said serial number. I am not buying any new products from them because of this, and I was very interested in the new Clip Studio features but I will take my business elsewhere.

I cannot give them less than one star, otherwise they do not deserve even one star. Their service is awfully bad. They charge a lot for shipping. If the supplier do not support them with low cost products it is hard for them to survive.
Recently, I put an order and paying by credit card for a product ( 920$) that costs me more than 120$ for shipping all Canadian. Suddenly, I receive an email that the product should be backed order and leading time is one months. It is not an acceptable business. They are not transparent at all. They are just looking to have your money after that they do not care about the customer at all.

Tread carefully when purchasing products from this company. Customer service is extremely poor. The two employees I dealt with (Mark Phiilip and Guido Foddis) seemed to have no idea about how to fix a software related issue and in the end started to ignore my emails. Fortunately, I have relayed this information to my University where students and staff will now look elsewhere for software and technology products.

Studica does not accept returns on opened items. This policy is not made known when you order the item. Terms and conditions are e-mailed to you but the return policy is not included. I purchased a 3d scanner that is not usable. It is not available in stores, so you must buy online. Buy from Amazon or you will get screwed like I did. Beware that you are stuck with whatever you buy from them.

Horrible customer service and communication. Ordered product 3 weeks ago, product was never shipped, no communication and when I called to find out about my order, I was greeted by Jim S that was rude, unhelpful and arrogant. You have many choices when you order online...so many better options.
