Staff are so kind and helpful. We had a big trip to NYC and used these guys to check our bikes were alright and they really went out of their way to make sure everything was ok with our hire bikes. Would recommend this established independent business to anyone

Great bike shop. John is a fantastic repair person.

I am on a cross country tour, and needed an adjustment to my front headset. The guys at Beeton's where super cool! They wouldn't even take any money for the adjustment. There was another tourer in the shop while I was there and they were hooking him up too! Great vibe in the shop, and I love the history of the shop. Thanks guys!

I bought in my bike here a couple months ago for a tune-up and they did a great job.
My bike wasn't purchased here, it is about 15 years old, hadn't been used in a few years and needed new tires, brakes, and a few other things.
After a couple days I got it back and it was close to brand new. Everything works, gears tuned well, and they even cleaned it up really well.
Would recommend them for sure.

I just had three bikes my treks worked on. they did a fabulous job and quick and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Took a bicycle in for repair they did an excellent job fixing the rear wheel and bought a new bike for myself thanks for the great deal. Back for a tune-up now. I'm sure they will do a great job

These guys are super friendly and did an amazing job restoring my bike! They were faster than I expected, and the pricing is reasonable... will definitely go back if I need more help with my bike in the future

Bought a bike here for a ride across NY state. Came a day earlier than planned and they accommodated me beyond expectations. Got there 15 minutes before closing time. They stayed after 5 making sure that every bolt was tight- I think even saw him tightening spokes. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff here. Fair price for the bike too!!! Go here!

Our stroller tire tube popped well at niagara falls and needs a replacement asap. The installed and pumped up a new tube for us

I took my Airborne Seeker 29er here for a complete tune and rear derailleur, cog and chain replacement. I have had a lot of bad experience with local bike shops (Niagara Cycle stripped out my Fox Air Shock brake mount screw. Bert's ripped me off terribly. Tom's Pro Bikes is very good, but pricey). I was concerned that Beeton's, being a smaller bike shop, would not have the expertise for higher end bikes (hydraulic brakes, etc.). This was not the case at all. My bike has never run so good. It is literally better than it was new. And their fee was beyond reasonable. This type of customer service is really never seen nowadays.

Been going to Beeton's for years now. They are both a bicycle shop and locksmith. I have been going there to get keys made, locks re keyed, safe opened and repaired, bicycles repaired, car key made and programed. The owner and staff are great and knowledgeable and the prices are fair.

I took my bike to Beetons last week for a much needed tune up. I brought it in my Trax which was a chore to do. They helped me get it out of the car and bring in shop. They said tune up was going to take a week. Called three days later bike was ready. The price was reasonable and they offered to bring the bike to my house so I wouldn’t have to go thru the hassle of putting it in my car again. They did bring it to my house for me at no charge.

I've been through 3 bikes over 40 years and I've never taken any of them for service or repair to anyone other than Beeton's. John and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Don't go anywhere else than this place.

Same day service? How about same 20 minutes! We are vacationing and of course didn't have tools or tubes to repair my son's bike. But they took care of everything in under a half hour!

This time I went there for the bike lock and not the bikes. The very best store s service what they sell. And this store has excellent technicians.

Great place. I'll be back!
