Best car buying experience hands down. Our salesman, Lucas McPhee was professional, accommodating and incredibly helpful. When our bank offered an outrageous interest rate for being self employed we were going to walk from our deposit but Lucas convinced us to let the dealership try and introduced us to Julie Taylor. Julie secured us a fantastic rate right away with no hassle and we were able to go home with our new Gladiator. 10-10 experience and would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I have been using Pothier Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat,, since I arrived in Nova Scotia to work as a travel nurse. The service that I have received since I have been here has been excellent. The service department pays attention to my vehicle as they know I depend on it for my livelihood. While I was there, I had to have my soft top switched out to the hardtop. at the time I was in the middle of going to another location out of province and the service department switched out my soft top to the hardtop at no cost me at all and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that level of service. I had used them before when I had bought tires from them and over the course of six months, they have been servicing my Jeep. They truly are excellent at making the customer experience pleasurable.

Made a verbal agreement through email/texting for trade in and new purchase. A week later drove 5+ hours to complete the deal and what can I say... It was flawless and very happy with my new purchase and what I received for my trade in. I first want to say and let others know how wonderful and caring the entire staff is. We have been buying our vehicles from this family since mid 90’s without any issues , ever. You will absolutely feel no pressure when making your decision on whether you are just looking or wanting to make a purchase. When we made our mind up to purchase our Jeep, it was smooth and the whole trade in and purchase was done in about 1.5 hours. They took care of contacting our insurance company, register motor vehicles and all the necessary paperwork. Anytime we needed service done on any of our vehicles we bought from there, they would make sure to hand over a set of keys to drive another one if the service was to be a couple hours or more.
