RONA North Vancouver (Park & Tilford)

Michael is always very helpful. He always remembers us and says hello. We noticed that he always makes sure the line is always moving and helps at the return counter if it’s too long. Too many people just don’t seem to care anymore. We appreciate that he does!

RONA Park and Tilford location, in my opinion is the best Rona in Vancouver area. It has all the tools, construction materials and a very good seasonal collection. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. Lots of free parking is always available in front of the store.

I purchased Nature Decor Gardenia Lattice online for a "Express Delivery" thinking I was going to recieve my order the same day I placed it. WRONG!!!! I receieved a text message from ToolBx, Rona's third party delivery partner said the driver had 7 stops before coming to me. Hours later Toolbox never showed up! I recieved an email and phone call from Michael Head Cashier that explained the situation and said my delivery will be pushed for tomorrow. The next day Michael emails me again saying the third party will not be delivering my order. Few hours later I received a phone call from Michael saying he's outside my apartment with the gardenia lattice I order. I was in shock! You never get this level of customer service anymore from anywhere but this you man went above and beyond! Rona is very lucky to have him.

The staff at RONA Park & Tilford are so helpful and kind! We come to this location often for lots of different reasons and each time we've been met with curiosity, solutions and all around great service. More recently, George and the team in appliances helped us with a recent fridge purchase and it was a great experience. Thanks everyone!

Been to Rona many times over the years. Great service and friendly, helpful staff. They often have whatever I am looking for. Today it was paint. The gentleman who helped us, matched the paint to a sample we brought in. Great job!

I got a brand new combine harvester as a Valentine's gift for my lovely wife. She doesn't use it, but I make sure to ride that puppy to church- quadruple parking is surprisingly acceptable when your vehicle is 45 feet wide!

Last saturday night i had the opportunity to visit this establishment to acquire some soil. I would like to recommend visiting during nighttime hours, as the absence of crowds creates an ideal shopping experience. In addition to this, I want to express my appreciation towards the two teen agers cashiers on duty during my visit, as their customer service was exceptional. Despite not being able to recall their names, their warm smiles and willingness to assist me with carrying bags to my vehicle left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this establishment during nighttime hours.

This place has been great to go to for us while renovating.
1. Popcorn by donation which for some reason is made really well right at the front door.
2. Friendly staff, specifically the Australian guy who has been really great with trying to entertain our toddler while helping us find stuff. (Sorry i didn't catch your name!)
3. The person who decorated the Christmas section gets a gold star, you could set up windows at The Bay and my kid loves running around your display.

Look forward to shopping here again.

Was immediately offered assistance as I clearly looked lost and to my delight the gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch his name) knew exactly what I was after and pointed me to the right direction! Now my parents can finish their deck and I get brownie points. Nice.

The 3rd street store gets 5 stars for answering phone and answering my question. The 1st street store it was impossible to reach anyone to ask a quick question. Off to rona on 3rd tomorrow.

By far the best experience I have had at Rona! Michael and Ryan proactively kept me informed of my order and made things easy for me at pick up. Kind, friendly, helpful and courteous. This includes the young gentleman who brought my order to the car, he was very friendly and nice. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

My recent experience at this store was exceptional! I was very impressed with the customer service I received after phoning in to inquire about a patio set. I was helped by Diana who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price and the fastest delivery! (the same day!) When I went into the store to place my order, I was impressed by the store layout, garden shop and how everywhere I looked I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful staff. It’s been a long time since I have experienced this level of customer service! I will be back to this Rona store for future purchases. Thank you Diana!

The Employees at this Rona are so helpful and Polite.My wife and i caught some good deals at this Rona lots of items prices were dropped way down. Good deals. The Employee helped us to our Car with our purchases. Very Nice. We Love this Rona location the Best Hardware store around. Thanks Rona Team.

Went there to pick up an online-ordered chest freezer last weekend. I thought the freezer would be small enough to fit into my car. But it isn't... As I was quite disappointed and thinking to cancel the order, the staff were really helpful and suggesting me to rent their onsite van, which only costs $25 for the first 1.5hr. So without any reservation, they helped me fill out all the paperwork for the van rental, move the freezer into the van for me and even willing to lend me dollies for free so that I can bring the freezer home easily enough! Now the freezer is set up nicely at my place. I really appreciate their service and help.

Been shopping here quite a bit over the last two years. Staff is very experienced and know their store well. Aj and Thomas are a pleasure to talk to especially. Have never had an issue here and stock is really well monitored. For the odd thing that's out, mentioning it to the staff yields faster restock. Very impressed with management, customer service and cashiers. I go here out of any other Rona location.
