Windsor Vision Centre, Partners of FYidoctors

I'm really lucky to have FYidoctors in my town. Carly adjusted three pairs of glasses to fit my face and replaced the nose pads with more comfortable ones to save my nose. The staff in general is so helpful and informative, I always leave a little less stressed. Thank you guys!

I am very pleased with the service I received at the Windsor Vision Centre of FYidoctors. The first pair of glasses I received from them just were not right. The glasses made my eyes tired, drawn, and I could not read easily with them. I took the glasses back and they gave me a new exam and new glasses with no charge and no hassles. I appreciated their professionalism, how they listened to me and corrected the problem.

Our optometrist is the best. She was able to catch a potentially very bad problem that was quickly fixed by a referral to an ophthalmologist. She always takes the time to answer any questions we have. And everyone else there is also always very kind and helpful.

Excellent experience at FYI Windsor. Everything from the receptionist greeting to the technician who took pictures of my eyes to the examination and the personal consultation and explanation of everything at the end of the appointment. I highly recommend and Dr Andrew Webber is great!!

Would like to say that this was a great experience in customer care.
Thank you Dr Norris , Kendra and of coarse reception staff who even took time to meet my dogs.

I have No bad things to say about this place. Special shout out to Emily who is always so kind and is great at her job!

I have only been here a few times as I new to Windsor but enjoy the friendly service and staff. Very quick and efficient. My only complaint is a personal one . I am highly allergic to wool. All the art is made from wool. I will shortly be moving to new Glasgow and will stay with fyidoctors. My insurance bill is taken directly from there.

Excellent service by the doctor and explained my issues with my eyes. The girls at the front desk are very friendly.

I would like to take the time acknowlege Nicole at FYI doctors in Windsor NS. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I struggled with my glasses and my vision for some time, and she was able walk me through all the steps it took to finally have success with my glasses and vision. it was a pleasure meeting her and I had wonderful service. The Windsor branch made sure I was satisfied with my first pair of eye glasses and prescription sun glasses. It took a few tries to get the sunglasses I wanted - staff was friendly and patient.

Appointments are always prompt, the friendly staff are happy, smiling, and ready to answer any questions that may crop up. When time to pick up new frames I was promptly waited on, any adjustments made and in minutes I was on my way home again. Thank you FYI doctors for an enjoyable experience!

FYIDoctors formally Windsor Vision Centre has been my go to for eye exams and glasses for several years. They have great optometrists and friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone for all types of eye care.

I have been a patient here for the last six years and am always impressed with the team here. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - and the doctors go the extra mile to ensure that your eyes are as healthy as can be. Bonus - you get to see your scans while you learn about your eyes' health! Windsor is very lucky to have such a great clinic like the Windsor Vision Centre!

I love fyi in Windsor ns !!!! they have helped me twice, with broken arms to my glasses not their fault , my own fault.... I'd recommend them too anyone!!!!!

Fixed my old pair of glasses even though they were from a different optometrist and not under warranty. Managed to get me in the next day when I broke my glasses.

Very good service, and very accommodating of my hectic schedule.
