I had a whole bunch of returns and he was super kind, patient and helpful when going through them all and made the experience easy. I was nervous about bringing in so many online returns but he was so friendly, professional and had a smile on his face the whole time and reassured me not to feel bad about it. Shopped on Wednesday afternoon which was not too busy. Clean, tidy. Cashiers were efficient. Also the men’s clothing is on the 2nd floor accessed via elevators or stairs.
