My son was looking for a graduation suit. Given that he's growing very quickly, I didn't want to spend a fortune for a suit that he'll only wear for, at most, a year. CK was having a huge sale, and I ended up grabbing a stylish blue suit that fit my teenager, perfectly. Everyone, from the sales staff, to the dress room attendants, to the manager herself, helped us out, cheerfully and patiently. The staff here are extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend a visit!

You got to love Outlet Centre during Christmas sales time! This place was busy which makes it a bit more difficult when pushing a wheelchair around.

Anyway all good and getting things together to try in the fitting room. Guess we really surprised them because the wheelchair accessible fitting room was full of 'stuff'.

Had to giggle a little bit as the staff sorted it out and they were so apologetic. I mean I can understand that not many people with mobility issues come into the stire and most places have a hard time managing the scant storage for retail.

No worries we got what we needed, staff was cool. So yah, we're coming back.

Customer service here is amazing! Staff is very kind and attentive. I came here to exchange a jacket that I bought a couple of weeks ago that got a little bit ripped and they did their best to get me another one. They made phone calls, but unfortunately it was sold out in every outlet store. They also offered a credit store, but I ended up keeping the jacket! Lol. Anyways, I really liked the way they tried to solve the problem. They were packed for Boxing Day and they were still very quick. Staff members and the manager on duty really cared about the situation. Thank you guys! I appreciate the hard effort. Keep it up!

The staff that were there when I went in were great; very understanding of what I needed for work clothes and very accommodating. Made things as easy as possible for me price-wise, as I mentioned I was on a budget... and the dress pants I bought likely take a bit of a beating as well. Very impressed! I'll be back.

Today I have personally witness best shopping experience of my life when I walk into the mc Arthur Glen outlet I was greeted with heartfelt good morning from one the workers who later help in finding all what I needed with patience humbleness and at this time I had no idea it was the GM. Morsal sidiqi who I later found out was the store manager how great service is that I must Calvin Klein outlet very lucky to has such great communication and well managed staff with such leadership this store my number 1pick in Vancouver not forgetting the well managed staff behind the counter by the name of shine she also was very helpful these kind of professional and performance should go on notice by higher up you got great team over at the Mc Arthur Glen designer outlet
