Excellent customer service, and the lady and gentleman who work there are such a vibe

They’re very kind and always helpful. I have no idea what these other reviews are about. I’ve been going there ever since I was a kid, trust me, they are the nicest couple ever. They are the most patient and helpful people.

Staff that operate the post office also run the store, expect slow service.

Truly some of the most vile, rude and spiteful human beings operate this store and Canada Post location. I have filed complaints with Canada Post repeatedly. They refuse to let you breathe, use a credit card, open a package or do anything without being verbally assaulted, lied to and abused. If you can stay away, do so.

I am leaving 1 Star because 0 is not an option. What a horrendous experience with the man who owns this post office and mini-mart!! He wasted 45 minutes of out time with his mistakes, kept tacking on charges, awful customer service and communication, and upon comparing our Canada Post Receipts to the total he calculated + charged us, it appears he added on a mystery $20 to the total he charged us at his till. At that point, everything was processed and packed, so we couldn’t even leave with our things to go to another post office. By far, the worst experience I have ever had at a Canada Post! Don’t go here

A package that was supposed to be delivered to our house. It was not delivered and they did not even try to deliver it. When we arrived at this office we were told to come in after 6:00 and they laughed in our face because they close at 6:00 PM. Reconsider your staff. And your policies on dealing with people! For this kind of communication I can make a scandal.

Just know as a private post office they can and do charge a premium over regular post rates.
Each of the packages we sent over the last couple of weeks were 35% over the cost that we checked on the Canada Post website and app. We thought it a mistake at first so tested the process. A parcel that was supposed to go for 14 dollars with 2 day service was charged 21 dollars for the slowest 8 day service. I guess its the price you pay for a "convenience " store.

I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to in this case. Service was ok for a while, when dealing just with the woman, she was pleasant enough.

The man however, started to make a point of telling me when I would come in 10 or 15 minutes before closing that I was coming AT closing. Untrue and even if I was, the shop is still open so I don't understand the issue. He would also make me show ID when making a card payment, despite me being a regular over the last few months. She never did - completely inconsistent. Final straw was when he told me the mail had to go into the outside box in future in a very dismissive and rude manner and then began tapping at a sign when I told him the company I work for require me to bring it inside. I could spend up to $400 on stamps in here at a time. Avoid - make your custom count to someone who deserves and respects it. I've found another place.
