We spent our first night here before leaving NS and driving around Canada. 🇨🇦 The camp site is a family owned business by Willy and his daughter. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The place is super clean, serene and people are friendly. Highly recommend to spend time here. For 2 services (electricity and water) we paid $30, that’s without picnic table and fire pit.

Spent this past long weekend at wild nature and it did not disappoint. It was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lower key, laid back campground either for a camper or tent. All the seasonal folk were very welcoming and friendly. Bathrooms were spotless, and showers were hot. Owners were accommodating and very friendly, greeting us the moment we arrived. Enjoyed that everyone followed the quiet time hours, as no one likes listening to other sites hooting and hollering at all hours of the night. 5 stars. Would return.

Super friendly staff!! So responsive and helpful. So close to the mastodon and the wildlife park too. I wish we had stayed another day or two to spend more time at the lake and the trail. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you! :)

The glamping tent site was awesome for our one week visit. Everything was set up and ready to go. The host was great, even helped us with local repair shops to get our car window fixed. Will definitely be staying here again if we're in the area.

We have stayed at many campgrounds through every province during our trip from Saskatchewan. This family owned campground is very inexpensive to stay at. Father and daughter owners are super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we ended up staying 3 nights. Thank you very much Tiffany and DAD!

Nice small campground and really nice and helpful owners. We had some car issues and we were able to use their garage. We stopped there at the beginning and at the end of our trip and would go there every time again.

Great campground with full services and friendly staff to help you with whatever you need. Just a 2 minute drive to Shubenacadie provincial wildlife park, which has a wonderful activity centre for the kids. Only 30 mins to Halifax for shopping or appointments. We'll be back.

First night in Canada in our motorhome, great welcome, spacious pitches, and really nice surroundings, 15amp supply work well for our motorhome and was given a 30amp to 15amp plug free of charge for our onward journey nice touch much appreciated, only downside we never won at bingo 😀

Great place: very personable owner (Milton boy!), firewood was cheap ($5) and a generous amount, and the owner delivered it right to our site for us! Showers are hot, washrooms are clean. Full service site hookups all worked fine. Mostly seasonal campers when we went (late sept) so plenty of space and privacy. Would 100% stay again if we’re in the area! Thanks!

Great small campground for the family, it has everything you would need, my kids could bike and roam around and I never once felt they were unsafe . The place is family owned and operated and they greeted everyone and always asked if we needed anything to make our stay better.
Also always nice to support a veteran owned business.

Awesome hidden treasure of a campground. Owner is super chill and friendly. Great wooded tent sites and direct access to a cute little lake. Great for families but also adults who want to get away and relax

Beautiful campsite! Owner and staff super friendly and accommodating. We stayed at several campsites during our trip, but this one was the most relaxing and cozy. Willie ran a cord to a tent site so we could park our 85 Westfalia, brought some wood to help us level it and they were generous with firewood should you choose to purchase some. Feed the fish, so relaxing. We will definitely return here next time we are in Nova Scotia. According to Willie he just took over running the camp 2 years ago and the office was under renovations along with some other projects on the grounds(nothing that would impact a stay), we look forward to seeing the changes as he continues to polish an already beautiful gem!

What a great place. We unfortunately did not have much time to explore but the host/owner Mr Wild was friendly and helpful. It is a pretty campground with lots of space and close to all attractions in the area. Thanks so much!

Willie the owner was great to deal with. Bent over backwards to help us out by storing our motorhome for 2 months while we went home. The campground is nice and they have a great little pond where you can feed the fish and turtles. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing camping site with many trees. The owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Easy access to the bathrooms and the showers. Very clean place overall. Geat price. Some lots are next to a lake. The best campground I went during my trip to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

The man in charge is unreal, one of the nicest guys I have met while in Nova Scotia. Makes you feel at home. I was traveling by myself and he came to my campsite and we talked for hours. He is not running the campground just to get paid. He is a people person loves to here story's, loves to make sure your stay is the best possible. 10/10 customer service

Wonderful little campground. More catered to the seasonals but wouldn't hesitate to stay again for a quiet time away. Staff is really friendly. Loved the little pond. Be perfect for some paddleboarding.
