Called left a message regarding my need for service never received a call back

I had a property for sale ..and a buyer ready..the lawyer by the name of Kelly was supposed to just send paperwork to sign.. neither of us got our paperwork. Neither of us got phone calls back..I requested many phone calls..never received any! Poor excuse for professionalism. Deal fell thru because buyers became uncomfortable with no contact.if it hadn't been for the buyers letting me personally know they weren't purchasing..I would still have no clue ! Would rate a 0 if there had been an option
