Unbelievably slow, non responsive. . We communicated our statements were needed for a legal transaction 6 weeks prior to the deadline. We received them after hounding and hounding Norm with only one days grace for the lawyer. We were also told ‘in 2 weeks’ and that was not true, when I tried to follow up on that promise it took a week to get a reply, which was only to say ‘working on it’. If it was a standard corporate year end, timing would not have mattered, but we were clear.
