I have been a client for more than 20 years and have never had any issues with my accounting. Doug and his team are always welcoming when I drop in, have answers to my questions, and have provided much guidance over the years. The team's support extends beyond accounting, and I feel my interests are protected 24/7. Doug supports my business as a client and has an extensive business network - it is rare to find this level of support in any service.

Always friendly service and they are known for their accuracy.

Customer service is mediocre and for the second year in a row the representative from this firm neglected to put my correct address in the system and on my tax return, which intern inhibited me from receiving my notice of assessment or government paperwork. Not Happy

I was a potential customer but now there is no way I will be. I wanted to ask if they accept payment by credit or debit card and the lady on the phone told me it was none of my business! I do not feel this is anyway to speak to potential clients or ensure repeat business. Prepare for disrespectful treatment if you call.
