We are now putting the pandemic behind us as our business moves forward in 2022 knowing everything has been filed properly. Keith's staff and office helped my business and family navigate filing taxes during the covid-19 pandemic. With the addition of CERB and other government supports, I was unsure what impact these would have come tax time. Keith and his team are kind accountants and bookkeepers. As an owner of The Mortgage Centre (CRS Inc.) we've often referred clients to him. He is especially great if individuals need to get caught up on their income taxes for mortgage-financing purposes!

I contacted Keith McLaren earlier this year and he told me he would have time to complete my personal tax return this year. I sent my tax documents on April 4th, then followed up with another email on April 19th with no response. I then called on April 27 and May 3rd to ask about my file, I was told someone would call me back and no call was received...very disappointing lack of communication. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional and rude reception with double the rate of other places for tax return! Very disappointed!
