CIBC Branch with ATM

Great service by the team there. The wait period was non existent and the my request was taken good care.

Newly opened account with CIBC. This location is about 30 minutes from home - but I went in one day and was helped by Maggie Guo - at which point I decided it was worth the extra drive time (there is a branch 5 minutes from home). Maggie gets the job done, while also being funny, personable and no nonsense. Can’t really comment on the branch overall, but Maggie is enough to get and keep my business!

Donna saved my butt today. She went above and beyond to help me contact VISA and solve a very strange problem with my account. I cannot thank her enough.

Please expand your business hours. It makes it extremely difficult to do business with this branch when the building is only open a few hours a day.

I went with my daughter there on the 6th of July of this month.
I am very disappointed by the lack of communication. The associate was very unprofessional and don’t know anything. Instead of grabbing the customers they don’t care if the customers leave of their lack of knowledge. I felt bad for this bank now I know why I don’t bank with CIBC bank. It was very unwelcome at this branch. The manger of this bank fail its customers for having unprofessional customer service. I will never set foot at this place again.
Now I see why the reviews of this bank is bad.

I can NOT believe the service has gone from bad to worse. Branch looks like is closing have been waiting for a transaction that the system itself seems outdated & can not process online. Is now 30 min 5 people behind me & “one” teller!!!!! Two security people though!!! One of the staff member came out from her office but said she was new hired & can not help!!! OMG
Finally got help and FSA was nice enough to take me to his office. I think at end of day they are only working with has been given to them! I would try hard to not stand on this line any time soon.

This is the worst cibc and the worst service people work in there. I honestly i was waiting for hour to Deposit my cheque and thing is I certified my cheque from td bank to cibc they still put the cheque on hold for five business day. The manager should teach these dumbs, once the cheque certified they shouldn't put on hold.

no tellers, don't bank here unless you have all day to wait around. When there is lines, the staff just stand around watching it grow.

Absolutely horrible service! There are NEVER TELLERS OPEN. WHY? this is a bank is it not? It does not function as one unless you are using abm

They need to have more tellers on. Every time I go to this branch, I wait in line for more than 15 minutes!
