Great food and great drinks!! The only issue is that their drinks are very overpriced it’s like comparable to Toronto prices. Love love love the espresso martini and the fish cakes!!

This is one of our "go-to" spots in Guelph. The food, drinks, and service are always great...

Their patio is also awesome. They've got a good selection of food, without overdoing it. Their whiskey selection is one of the (if not the) best in town. And the service is top-notch. Love it here!

Tried for the first time and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service as well.

We split the beef sliders to start, which were tasty and had well balanced flavours. My partner got the wings tossed in Frank's - they were crispy, large and tasty, and came with a yummy dip. Would have liked to have been given some veggie sticks to go with them, they were kind of sad without a side and carrots/celery are a classic.

I got the hot honey chicken pizza per the server's recommendation. I assumed it was breaded chicken pieces (when I think "hot honey chicken" I think Southern fried chicken) - it wasn't, but it was still really tasty. Loved the combo of the cheeses with the caramelized onions and honey.

My favourite thing though was the drink I ordered, "Leaf me in the morning" I think it was called. A delicious bourbon & apple cinnamon drink, very well made with a sugar rim. Yum!

We'll come back for sure.

PS they played great music as well! For reference, this was around 8pm on a Wednesday.

Best customer service!!! My girlfriend and I decided to grab a last minute bite to eat this past weekend. The sun was out and the patios were open. We are not from the Guelph area so we had no clue what restaurant to go with. We walked in front of NV and immediately noticed their beautiful patio and when we wondered inside we noticed the HUGE wall of liquor, to say we were impressed would be the understatement of the year. We were greeted by a gentleman named Richard who was very friendly and said we would be able to enjoy the patio shortly. We only waited a couple minutes when a table became available (to our surprise) as it was a very sunny day and the patio was where everyone wanted to be. Richard was very attentive with us and was very helpful with suggestions off the menu. He even gave us a little downtown Guelph history lesson which we appreciated. There's some beautiful architecture in that area. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious. There were two other wait staff working and they were so on top of everything, they also checked in on us. Great teamwork! Anyone thinking of coming to this establishment will not be disappointed. We are already planning another trip back to Guelph, just to enjoy more time and food at NV.

A love letter to millennials (in my humble opinion). Delightful experience from beginning to end. From the hostess on the patio to the Maitre d' inside, the food, the attentiveness, the wine, and the excellent music courtesy (I learned) of the bar tender on the night I visited; this was a superb experience. Hospitality is an excruciatingly difficult business to be in, and I am in awe of the men and women who can pull it off THIS well. I will be back.

Great atmosphere, attention to every detail here. Fantastic vibe. Drink and cheesecake were solid.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening out on the patio. Nicely updated with plants, lights, tall tables & more. Ordered the curly fries, that was a delicious plate full! Aldo recommended Hendricks for my g&t.. good choice too 🙌

It was a really great experience. The staff is amazing, food and appetizers are great as well. Can't forget the large assortment of drinks! Would highly recommend a stop by either for an evening drink or a nice Saturday brunch.

visited for the first time for an event and what a great location. the atmosphere is amazing, the food was fantastic and our bartender/server Macy was great. The whiskey selection was phenomenal. Would definately recommend this as a great casual upscale place to gather for a drink and social with friends

What a great place. Went for the first time tonight and loved everything. Great food, huge drink list and amazing staff. Prices were a pleasant surprise as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Kind of stumbled upon this place trying to find some food. We were greeted quickly and sat right away. Our waitress was great, she even asked if there were any allergies in which my friend has an anaphylaxis allergy and appreciated the thoughtfulness. I really enjoyed the vibe of the place, good music, a little on the loud side but not a problem. Our table loved all the food we ordered. I got dusted wings and they were hot and amazing. I really enjoyed it there.

Got to the restaurant before they opened at noon and the owner, Richard, was so kind to let me come in out of the cold! The steak frites was exquisite and perfect for a cold day and my friend had a beet salad and declared it wonderfully delicious. Our server was cheery and attentive, though left enough space for a private conversation. NV is our go-to destination for lunch, dinner and drinks...a hidden gem of a hangout right in the downtown core.

Is always our fav place to go and love the atmosphere and staff. We recently had Kat and she was very attentive and really knows her tequila’s! Thanks for recommending tonight’s pizza feature Southern BBQ so good!

I stumbled upon NV Kitchen & Bar in Guelph, Ontario, and I'm so glad I did. The place has a cool and modern vibe that instantly put me at ease.

The food at NV Kitchen & Bar is seriously delicious. I tried their special of the day and it was a flavor explosion. The staff were super friendly and helped me choose a dish that suited my taste buds perfectly.

The drinks were great too! They have a nice variety, and I enjoyed trying a couple of their cocktails.

Overall, NV Kitchen & Bar is a hidden gem that's worth checking out. The food is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is chill. It's become one of my new favorite spots in Guelph!

We had drinks and shared dessert...monkey dumplings. Both were perfect. Very friendly and efficient service.

Well we must not forget one of my tops places to go for food and/or drinks. Im here so often that I never thought to post. With a delightful staff that I look forward to seeing and catching up with and great food.This beet salad with goat cheese, candied almonds and I added chicken. A nice romantic atmosphere that changes at night for a fun place for anyone wanting to go out thats mature.

Went here for a few drinks on Halloween night. Got a table right away without a reservation. The staff were super friendly and restaurant was beautiful. Lots of drink options and the food was great. We had the pulled pork nachos. They came quickly and were delicious. Will be coming back here for sure.
