I have been seeing Ben for over a year now at Valentini’s, and I am so impressed! I came in with overgrown, dry, dead hair. Ben has given my hair a new life! We’ve done treatments to help with the dryness of it all, as well as a hair care routine I can do at home. The combination of the two has helped save me while I’m in between appointments. My hair goals have always been for it to be healthy but I also want some highlights to add depth. Ben has delivered! He has helped my dry, dark, lifeless hair become what it is today! I’m so glad I took the leap and went with him.

As a new stylist, I have been part of the Valentini team for about 6 months now and right from the start I felt like one of the family. With an amazing atmosphere and team I am proud to be in such a great salon where I can learn and grow as a stylist.

I have been working along side Derrick and Julio for around 4 years. The salon is directly focused on treating their clients with respect and allowing them to experience the difference. Working beside the two educators has allowed all of us to grow as a stylists and be able to provide our customers with services that transform their look. I have known Derrick for 33 years and I can honestly say that I don't know anyone who is more devoted to his craft than he is. He and Julio are truly artists with the same drive. To have an appointment with them is a privilege. Francis holds everything together for the team and keeps it all running smoothly, as always.

In December 2021 I decided that I needed to do something different. I have never been one to go get my hair done, so everything was completely new and I was unaware of how amazing a salon can be.
I’ve always had dark brown hair, but I loved looking at the Balayage that was posted on Instagram.
I found Vivien’s work and it was absolutely stunning. I booked an appointment and haven’t looked back. The atmosphere is so friendly and fun, and I love that other hairstylists interact with you and give their opinions and help each other on your hair colour. I love that it is a very team oriented salon.
Vivien has helped me create hair colour of my dreams, a beautiful caramel/gold look with my brown hair. And having it curled, which is something I could never do myself.
The shampoo and product recommendations (Kevin Murphy) have made my hair the best it’s ever looked and felt, including my scalp that was always dry.
I’m a very natural person, so it was really important to me that my hair looked natural. Vivien did exactly that, and then helped ease me into having it lighter, which I was very willing to try.
Vivien has done an amazing job at making my hair look phenomenal, and make me feel the most confident that I’ve ever been ❤

After today’s appointment, it’s the colour that I want to stay with, and it’s absolutely gorgeous 🥰

I had been to this salon before this and the vibe when you first walk in is so professional but also welcoming and cozy, now I work in this salon and I love it even more the team is all great and the management and owners are amazing! And education is the top notch! I have also had my hair done here before and I loved the result so much and it faded so well!

I am a regular here and absolutely love it! Lorenda was fantastic with helping me choose a completely new hairstyle and always does an amazing job, and also does facials on request to let you try out their skin care products. They also host events now and then which I can't wait to attend! The staff are all very friendly and willing to listen, and the salon is always clean and bright!

A beautiful old home, houses this amazing hair design establishment. Very polite and welcoming atmosphere. My son's hair master stylist, Kyla, always welcomes us with a big smile on her face. Prices seem a little on the higher side, but they include a wash and dry. They have different levels of stylist's, having different pricing for each level. Their website includes these level and pricing details.

I took my daughter here for hair and make up for her prom. The place is very lovely and they have a drink menu which was very convenient as I knew I was going to be waiting a while. 😉
Anyway, the staff we interacted with were super friendly and very helpful. Vivien did her hair and make up and did an amazing job.

I decided to check out Valentini when it was finally time to fix my covid hair that had 3 different shades in it. They recommended Vivien to me and I could not be more PLEASED! Vivien took her time to ask me questions to ensure I was getting the result I wanted and made colour correcting my hair look EASY. She is so fun and personable which made sitting in the chair for 4 hours just fly by. She also made sure to recommend great products for me to help maintain my look. This hair salon is super clean and everyone there is so friendly. I highly, highly, highly recommend you make your next hair trip to Valentini!!!

Alicia was fantastic. She was open to my ideas and we worked together to come up with such a beauty of a haircut! Loved every second of my experience there. She kept the length and gave me bangs and has such a warm personality! Wish I could I rate it higher than 5 stars!

Ive never been able to find a hair salon that was worth going back to time and time again in my opinion, and ive tried a LOT. I booked an appointment with Vivian for money pieces and a completely new hair cut that was totally out of my comfort zone, and not to mention my hair had been box dyed black and hadn't had a cut in probably 2 years leading up to this. Viv was able to keep me comfortable and entertained to say the least from the time my appointment started to the time it finished. I gave her my trust, and she really blew me away with the results! I walked away with not only a complete transformation and a huge confidence boost, but a forever home with this salon. I can't thank Vivian enough for the hard work she put into my hair, I seriously have never been happier with the way my hair has looked.

I have always had more 'misses' than 'hits' when it comes to hair salons. So when I found myself in the market again looking for a new stylist, I was extremely nervous. I was able to book an appointment with Vivien (their recption staff is extremely friendly and welcoming on the phone). I have to say I was extremely impressed from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left! Vivien made me feel like a queen- she instilled life into my hair like a magician! When I came home, my family absolutely loved my new hair style and said that I looked much younger! I absolutley loved the way Vivien first asked me a bunch of questions to know my hair and the products I use. I gave her full creative freedom and when I saw the final product, I was blown away. Thank you Vivien for making me feel young and beautiful!

Absolutely love this salon, Julio, Derrick and Vivian have always been amazing to me and my hair! Vivian has also been so kind to come in early to give me a pre vacation blow out and trim. Would recommend them to everyone!

This hair salon is absolutely the best! I went in with brassy, dry damaged hair looking for a small change. The transformation is incredible!
They were able to blend out my greys with grey toned highlights and add dimension to my hair.
