Incredible, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround time, and a great location with two entrances for easy access to the service or sales team, respectively. The back of the building is service, and the front of the building is their sales side. I stopped here for a gear repair and it was a seamless, reasonably priced experience. The team had my bike ready in a few hours, and were very friendly and helpful.

I went in expecting to replace a dented rim. James had a quick look at it and said he was confident they could take the dent out of the rim. 2 hours later, I get a text and email saying it was done! They fixed the rim and saved me money as they could of easily just sold me a new one. Highly recommend this place.

Max did an amazing job helping take a look at a couple models and sizes, picked out a helmet, lock and lights. She was super knowledgeable and experienced in answering my questions and suggested great gear for me.

James was also great with helping check over the bikes for a test ride. He was even able to help adjust a few settings for me before I took my bike home.

The store has a very relaxed and extremely professional vibe. The other service staff were hard at work and I would suggest SRB to anyone in Guelph looking for a bike!

Dropped in as I was riding a portion of the G2G trails and my brakes were acting up. The staff made time to have a look and fixed the problem (worn pads - killed by the previous weekend's P2A ride) for me so I could continue riding.

The staff were super helpful. I was stuck without tools and needed a simple fix (to my Rollerblades! - not even a bike!!!) with an Allen key I did not have. The staff were amazingly helpful and got me back on my way. Top notch bunch of people; I highly recommend them. My left foot survived the day thanks to their help.

After hunting for weeks for a specific part for a Trek Domane, I discovered that SRB had them in stock (no one else in the province seemed to, and Trek listed it as backordered). It wasn't listed on their website, so I called and Kris was more than accommodating in helping me get the part I needed, even shipping it to me in Toronto to receive the next day. If I lived in or near Guelph I would definitely be shopping here for all of my future bike needs. Highly recommend this shop.

Amazing team, very attentive to customers, especially to novices riders. I couldn't have been better advised than at Speed River Bicycle. Best experience ever! Their staff helped me with sizing of bike to accessories for the bike. They had the bike ready the NEXT day! Over ecstatic as I'm leaving for a camping trip with my new trek! They even helped me carry out and load the bike into my vehicle. Can't say enough.

Customer service is exceptional. A defect was noted on my son’s new bike, he contacted the shop and they happily took steps to have his bike fixed taking into account we don’t live near the shop. They managed to make my teen’s frown turn upside down!

Amazing people!!! Came in for a brakes and some gear. While I was shopping around they did the brakes and tuned my bike!!! Less time on YouTube "how to's" and more time riding. The absolute best customer service!!! You guys are awesome!!!

Kris' customer service was exceptional. He helped me figure out what was best for me bike wise according to my needs(cycling being my primary mode of transportation life wise right now) and my priorities(bein able to kick around with my grandson) as well as outfitting me with the lil necessities from luggage rack n fenders to lights n lock n gloves n phone holder.

Outstanding service.
Had to run in a few minutes before close not realizing early weekday times because I needed someone to check my back brake on my ebike; it just wasn't actually breaking and I wasn't sure why. I had just recently tightened it and it just stop working. I was hoping this would be a simple issue.

Within a second the service staff recognized the problem, immediately fixed it, and explained to us what happened.
No charge.
