I love my bike! I cannot recommend Guelph CycleTherapy enough. Steve has had the craziest month but was always able to deliver in terms of great customer service. He maintained constant communication with me throughout the process of fixing the bike up and always made me feel like I was in good hands. The bike works/feels great and looks exactly like I had envisioned it!

I dropped by for a minor bike part, and though not worth his time, Steve dug it out and answered some bike repair questions. Steve gave me the sense that good/friendly interactions with customers is very important to him.

Honest and great personality, Although I can tell Steve is very swamped at the moment with the nice weather, he is doing his absolute best to keep customers happy and turn around his work in a timely manner. Got a brand new bike and the retail shop did a horrible job at assembling it which could cost alot of $$$ in the future... Steve caught these things and fixed them up for a very fair price. Will definitely be returning when i need any bike work done! Thanks steve

Even though Steve was extremely busy he was able to get my bikes in the next day for a tune up. When I picked it up he took the time to explain to me what each bike needed and was thorough and very well priced. I recommend anyone needing a tune up or bike repair to bring their bike to Guelph Cycle Therapy!

Steve offered some great help and advice getting a very quirky custom brake cable job working for me. His enthusiasm for what he does is quite apparent. Great to know people like this are so nearby and so welcoming.

I had a punctured inner tube on the front tire of my E-bike, the bike was from a Chinese manufacturer so finding a replacement tube was extremely challenging. I called about six or seven other bike repair stores in Guelph and none of them were able to help me. I walked in to Guelph Cycle Therapy and Steve was able to replace the inner tube and fix the wheel in under five minutes. He's a really knowledgeable guy it was super easy to get along with him. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, reliable and honest work always done in a timely manner. Steve is very knowledgable and passionate about the work he does with bikes! We always bring our bikes to him and will continue to use Cycle Therapy!

Great experience!! Canadian tire (where I bought the bike, then it broke so I returned it and got another one of the same style and brand. I know dumb me. Well it broke again. They wouldn't return it and was quoting me 150 min to fix)
Brought my bike to Cycle Therapy ..I paid 35 dollars and he fixed my bike (all the ball bearings fell out of my pedals) and he tuned it up and fixed many things asthetically because of me riding it while it was breaking I damaged the frame and the chain guard.
10/10 would recommend !!!

Steve was great! He took me in last minute and got the job done quickly. Also, one of the few bike shops around that was open past 5pm :)
