I just bought my 2nd used car from Marden and I got nothing but the best service from John, Sales Manager and Steve, the owner. I told them what I needed in a car given the high mileage I do yearly and they came up w 2 vehicles right away. I settled on a 2016 Subaru Legacy loaded w only 44K on it. It was in mint condition and checked off everything I needed. They gave me a fair price for todays market. Their service department is top of the line and pricing is extremely reasonable. They have yet to fail me which is a huge relief when you need advice in an area that I am personally not very knowledgeable on. They weren’t pushy and literally made the entire process easy for my wife and I in what is normally a stressful situation.

We've been dealing with Marden Motors for the past seven years with our Subaru purchase and maintenance as well as servicing our older Toyota. We've never been disappointed with the prompt and polite customer service. More recently we had to drop off our car for some overdue work due to being far away for a period of time. As you can imagine, November is an extremely busy time of year for auto businesses but Steve and his team were able to fit me in over a two day period before my next departure. After some forty -nine years of dealing with a myriad of auto establishments, we can confidently state that we've never come across a more friendly and accommodating auto business. Steve and his team are the real deal. Throughout our travels we consistently share a testimonial about Marden's customer service and skill-set. I recently had a flat tire. I called early -first thing on a Monday morning. The team took me in before the day began to quickly patch up the tire and get me back on the road to work. All staff were more than friendly. I enjoyed my time in the waiting area talking w staff and other loyal clients. I felt confident in the work and well looked after. Will definitely switch my business to Marden moving forward.

We recently purchased a loaded 10-year-old Subaru Forester from Marden through John Post. We had been shopping around for a while, and instantly liked both the vehicle and the no-pressure environment. Within a few days of taking the Forester back home to Caledon, the radio made a bang and cut out. It came back on the next day. The day after that, the tailgate was closing when the head of the opening strut suddenly snapped off. Marden replaced the strut - no questions asked. They also looked at the radio (a Harman Kardon) but could find nothing wrong. They asked if we wanted to return the vehicle for a full refund. We didn't want to do that, but we were still concerned about the audio system. John and Steve assured us that if it failed again, they would replace it at no charge. It did indeed bang out again, but it was always working by the time we could bring it in. The sound system has two major components - the amplifier and the dash touch-screen unit. Unless the problem stuck around, we would not know which one had to be replaced. Finally, long after the standard Marden Used Vehicle Warranty had expired, we decided the problem was most likely in the dash screen unit. Marden found a replacement unit for us, and quickly replaced the unit at no charge. Everything has worked fine ever since. Thanks to everyone at this commendable dealership for their great service!

I purchased a set of winter tires from Steve online and brought both mine and my finances vehicles in to have our winter tires changed out. From the moment I arrived Steve and his crew were polite, professional and made me feel like I was in great hands! They went above and beyond, tightened up a few things on my truck that my old tire caused (it delaminated on the highway a couple of weeks prior and caused some damage). This morning when I went to leave my house my battery was completely dead on my truck and they checked on that too, since it’s a newer truck. No complaints and they didn’t ever make us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. These guys were thorough, very knowledgeable and extremely kind. This is our new go-to shop, hands down. We would refer them without any hesitation! And pricing is very reasonable and fair to boot. Can’t say enough great things!! The only reason we gave 5 stars is because it wouldn’t allow us to go any higher. Lol

I have been a regular customer at Marden Motors for more than 4 years and recently bought my second Subaru Forester from them. Both purchase experiences were excellent, because of the quality and selection of cars available and the service commitment and integrity of Steve Van Dam and his remarkable staff. I rate them all "Outstanding," for their expert knowledge and experience, and their prioritization of the customer's comfort and needs. In contrast to experiences at some other used car dealerships in this city, at Marden Motors I have never felt the slightest sales pressure to choose a particular vehicle or to negotiate financing arrangements through this dealership. It's just not the way they do business.
I have also learned to depend on Steve's expertise when purchasing extras, such as Weathertech floor mats and snow tires on rims. He can usually find such items at competitive prices.
