Purchasing a used car should be fun, but the experience is often diminished by hard sell salesmanship and bad coffee. Stephen at Murray’s auto made buying a car easy and pleasurable; I drove all the vehicles I was interested in alone without sales staff yammering at me from the passenger seat. When it came time to make the purchase Stephen took care of all the paperwork, plates and even helped get my old car to the wreckers from the lot. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
The morning of pick up the car was beautifully detailed and waiting up front.

The whole process was very smooth there were also many great warranty options offered by Stefan and Murray’s Garage. Was looking for a quick reasonably priced vehicle after my Jeep was deemed unsafe due to rust, two years before I was planning to replace it. Found the perfectly priced VW with all the features I wanted with Stefan at Murry's The easiest and friendliest purchase I have ever made.

Unfortunately, a hidden issue developed on my first day. Murray's fixed it quickly with out question, including paying for the tow from KW.

To be more unbiased, this review is delayed purposely. In December we were looking for a reasonably priced transportation for my son. We found Murray's prices fair and gave them a shot. As someone with above-average automotive knowledge, my formal education is in internal combustion engines and I worked with automotive dealers in KW and Guelph as an automotive painter for eight years, I can honestly say that at Murray's Garage, they know what they are doing. Stefan is easy to reach, even when his daughter plays volleyball on evenings and weekends, and answers all questions to the best of his knowledge. Next time I am looking for a used vehicle I will check with them first.
