I have purchased a used car and had to bring it back for brake noise a week later. I was able to schedule a date for the service that was convenient for me, they told me how long it will take to resolve the noise and it was taken care of within 2 hours.

From the moment i walked into AutoMarket I was treated with such kindness from Karolina.I explained to her that i was a stage 4 cancer patient who was turning 50 in august and it was my dream to buy a convertible. I test drove the Audi A3 convertible they had for sale and fell in love immediately. After putting down the deposit i noticed a few minor imperfections with the car and Karolina agreed to fix all of them. Unfortunately one was not able to be fix without having to send the car out for repair. To say i was extremely upset was an understatement!! But when they say there are angels on earth there really is!!! I received a call from Jack Wilton the general manager and we talked about how important this car was to me and the reason behind it. He was super helpful and told me that he was taking this car on personal himself and making sure it was immaculate condition for me , not only did Jack do that but he also had my dream car delivered to me in a snow storm!!! Jack,Karolina and the staff at AutoMarket are simply amazing!! If i could give a million stars i would and i HIGHLY recommend them! Truly appreciated all they did.

I came here to get my vehicle serviced. It's an older vehicle so it needed a whole lot done. Very friendly service. The job was done quickly, at a great price and they explained everything thoroughly. Had my control arms, rear sway bar bushings and sway bar links replaced. They also did an alignment and checked my fluid levels for me.
Randy, Cody and Andy are great techs! The difference is night and day! Highly recommend coming to service your vehicle here! Very honest guys and know what they're doing.

Traded our car in there. Good price on trade in. Drove new car for a few weeks and had some electrical issues - they fixed them for us. Great that they stand by their 30 day warranty. Good cars, good people that work there. Their prices are more affordable than Toronto. We drove over from Etobicoke and it was worth it.

My husband and I purchased our secondary vehicle from AutoMarket and the staff was nothing but spectacular every step of the way. My family and I are so happy with our transaction with Auto market. We set an appointment same day and we were entertained by Brandy, Tom and Karolina. They are all nice. Tom let us check all our prospect cars without any pressure, he let us explore and gave us time to think and he let us test drive the car as long as we want. With this we have thoroughly inspected the car and was able to pick what is right for us. Karolina is so nice and explain everything about finances and warranty. Everyone was very helpful and direct. I had no sense that anyone was trying to push me in a different direction, nor was anyone in any way disrespectful. I took the test drive alone and appreciated that. My Cooper was ready earlier than I'd been promised, and is resting quite nicely in my parking space at home. I love it!

We had a great experience here purchasing our used vehicle. Tom, the salesman was super chill and seemed very genuine. Carolina who does the financing bit was very friendly yet professional and quickly got us the financing we needed. Nice laid back environment and I LOVE and appreciate that all cars are clearly marked on the lot with price and mileage so when we browsed we didn’t have to ask someone how much each car was or what the mileage was. That drives me crazy and is a waste of my time! Would definitely recommend purchasing a used car here!
