I had a very good experience with Mike. Mike answered my initial text message asking about the car within minutes of me sending it. When texting, he agreed to meet my dad and I the next day to let us look at the car even though their shop wasn’t going to be open. The day of viewing, I loved the car and decided to buy it. I loved how they went above and beyond with the detailing and making sure everything would be perfect. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very honest with me and I did not feel like I was being pressured at any point or that I was being misled about anything. I got nothing but completely genuine vibes. During this visit, I had briefly mentioned randomly that my favorite number was 44. I did not think Mike would remember this as it wasn’t really an “important” detail. However, today, when I went to pick up the car, not only had Mike put $50 of his own money in to give me some extra gas for the ride home, but he managed to get me a license plate with the number 44 on it. That was such an unexpected yet amazing personal touch that made my day. I highly highly recommend this shop.

Highly recommended 4x4 AutoSales. I purchased my Ford Ranger from them in December, Miguel was great to deal with, he and his dad worked extra hours, including Christmas Eve to have the truck ready for me. Miguel was quick to respond to emails and gladly answered any questions I had. 4x4 AutoSales went above and beyond any experience I have had with any other dealership. These guys are awesome. Dealing with auto-issues can be scary and stressful. I was in an accident and got overcharged by tow truck drivers in 'Sauga, and didn't get a great deal from the insurance company on a buy back. I was so nervous to deal with more scammy auto-shops or salesmen. Not only did these guys understand customer service and I got a great deal as well.

They sold a competitive and fair market price for the car. And since I was waiting on the money from insurance, I was able to put a down payment and get the car off the lot. They dealt with the safety check, my stickers had expired so they picked up some new stickers, and dealt with the ownership. Didn't have to worry about a thing.

I had minor issue with the vehicle which they fixed it and turned it around within a business day at NO charge. And in the meantime they gave me a great loaner vehicle. It was a VERY specific issue which was hard to recreate and was understandably missed by both myself and them when taken for a test drive.

Mike was very helpful. I bought my first manual transmission truck with no experience, he agreed to give me a quick lesson, and I was able to drive it home myself no problem. The Ranger I bought was in great condition, very clean, and sounds and runs well. They are very friendly people and I would definitely recommend them.

We purchased our 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara from Mike! The car was absolutely gorgeous! But above all the service was outstanding!!! So professional and down to earth, Mike took care of everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. We bought the vehicle before even seeing it in person, the only reason being that he went above and beyond taking photos videos and was upfront about any little thing he seen. 10/10 recommend buying your vehicle here, we will definitely be purchasing from them again!!!!

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with mostly Miguel but also briefly with Michael. Both were excellent to work with.
