Kelly's Rent-A-Car

The customer service at Kelly's is exceptional. I had booked two vans with other companies in town and both of them fell through due to inventory. I was left in a bind, called Paul at Kelly's last minute and he was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation at the last minute due to the van not fitting one of the items I was hoping to transport. Paul was super kind and understanding of the cancellation and then went out of his way to call me back when he realized he had something else available that would be more suited. After dealing with poor customer service at larger chain rental companies, Kelly's was a breath of fresh air! Thanks again Paul, you were awesome.

Service was excellent. I was in need of a rental on short notice on Sunday. Paul was able to assist and quickly on my way. When I forgot an item in the car I was I informed and item returned. I will use Kelly's Rent-A-Car again.

Paul really came through and helped with my move in a pinch when U-Haul screwed me over with no inventory at the very last minute. Can’t thank him enough for the amazing support and response. If you need a moving truck skip the big chains and try Kelly first. You won’t be disappointed!

Doesn't get much smoother than Kelley's! Over three weeks we required 3 different vehicles including the 10 seater van. Vehicles were in great shape and clean. I highly recommend renting with Kelley's!

Make sure to ask for a formal quote / agreement before hiring the car. They wouldn't say anything about the daily mileage cap while booking the car, and charge you the amount even without telling you. If you are using your personal insurance they will also ask for an email from your Insurance company or buy the insurance from them.

NOT open 24 hours. Called them last night 830PM in urgent need of a vehicle, no answer, left message no call back. Don't advertise what you can't do.
