I had driven past this amazing store so many times with the promise to myself that I would go check it out. Yesterday was that day, and I am so thankful I finally went in! Ladies, let's talk gravity....yep, it gets us all eventually, and when it does, our "trusty" old bras are not our soldiers for today. For myself, I just want the ladies to be supported, not jacked to my eyeballs...though I'm sure there were bras to help with that, if you're so inclined.
This will be my go to place from now on!
From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. They made my experience so wonderful and easy, like I was the most important person in the world, listened to my feedback and didn't try to push me on anything I wasn't looking for.

Great service. They offer free repair for a year after purchasing certain items. So nice to have this option.

I was impressed with the selection here. I have a size that's tough to find, and most places have maybe 2 or 3 bras for me to try. Here I tried on at least 15! It was great. I left with 3 that I really like and another 1 or 2 on order. They were patient and helpful with sizing and style etc. So I will be returning and I'd recommend to others who want comfortable and well-fit undergarments.

Dropped in with my wife so she could have a bra fitting. Vicanie's was recommended by a friend of my wife. Dealt with Bethany, she was very informed and helpful. They didn't have the correct size in stock but ordered it from one of their other locations. Bethany called as soon as it came in and we went so my wife could confirm the fit. Everything went perfectly. The store is clean and quiet which makes for a more comfortable environment than the typical lingerie stores found in malls. Personal, friendly service. Highly recommended. They also carry some ladies swimwear and Saxx men's underwear.

We had appointments booked and everything went so smoothly. Excellent assistance from the staff. You might spend a little more but you leave with under garments that fit perfectly and are so comfortable and flattering. This was my second visit and my only store for bra shopping.

My daughter needed a nursing bra and they were very helpful. The fit is just wonderful, and has helped her with the weight of the milk. She feels much better with the new bra. Everyone there was very nice and super helpful!

My daughters and I have been shopping at Vicanie's since they first opened in Guelph. Two of us are not your standard size, so we appreciate the wide selection of options that are available to us at Vicanie's. The staff are always knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Their items cover a wide range of prices, as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even though my daughters live 1800km away now, they still do all their bra shopping when they are back in Guelph.

The store is open and inviting. Very nice atmosphere, the ladies were lovely and very helpful. They'll help you find what fits your body and bust so that you can shop better on your own. I'll definitely be going back. A bit expensive but worth the price

This place always offers personalised service. Lisa was kind enough to spend a lot of time with me to find the right bra. Turns out, it wasn't the one I chose and their return policy is so reasonable. Love this store. An investment but worth it every time. Measuring is painless, for those who might be are self-conscious or worried.

Large selection for every size. Friendly and attentive staff able to help you find anything you're looking for. I felt no pressure to buy anything, and made sure that everything fit perfectly! My favorite place to shop, if they dont have your size they will order it in so you can try it on!

It is very awkward for this son to take his elderly mother to purchase a "ladies undergarment". However, the staff were great and welcoming, and helped my mother select the proper fit and garment. Mom was happy and I left feeling not awkward at all.

Enjoyed a very personal experience and was helped to find bras in styles that fit my size and shape. Price point was reasonable and walked away a very happy customer. Will certainly return.

Great selection of quality bras. Purchased a new pj set. Cool girls are so comfortable and help keep me cool even when I have a hot flash.
