Kids Come First Childcare Center

My son has been going there for more than a year and he loves it. Started in toddler class and he is now in preschool. Teachers are very nice and friendly. They use an app where they share photos and messages, which is great to communicate with them. Food is made on site and menu looks very good with lots of variety.

We absolutely loved the toddler program at this childcare centre. Warm and loving staff who are fantastic with our toddler, fantastic nutritional meals and snacks provided, in-depth daily updates with photos and videos, and a large outdoor play area. We feel so lucky to have got a spot.

Staff are amazing here. They constantly send updates through the app and are very attentive to our child. We have never had an issue at drop off or pick up. Our son looks forward to daycare every day!!

My son and daughter attended KCF full-time since they were infants and it has been a wonderful experience over the past 4 years. The staff and teachers are warm and friendly, treat everyone like family, and the centre is run to a high level that exceeds our expectations as parents. Plus the meals and snacks are made fresh onsite which they love. We also appreciate that the proper care and precautions were taken throughout COVID to keep everyone safe and healthy.

My son has been attending KCF Daycare for 10 months, he has been in both the infant room and toddler room. He receives excellent attention, care, and daily programming. The meals made on-site are what set's this daycare apart - they are fresh, made from scratch and good in menu variety. The staff have done a tremendous job in keeping the kids and environment safe during COVID. I know this is a good day care because of how my son is learning, growing and coming home happy each evening. I would highly recommend Kids Come First.

HIGHLY recommend. Staff is amazing - friendly & responsive. Food is great + prepared on site. Nap environment is perfect. My nieces and nephews went there never having an issue and now my daughter has been going for 3 months and enjoys it. Overall a great experience so far :)

Over the last 4 years both our boys have attended KCF - the connections they have formed and social skills they have learned has been wonderful to see AND they eat far better there than they do at home! It's also a family business, and it's evident in the little touches, like hand-sewn bibs made by 'Grandma Karen' (as the kids refer to her) and the concert and books gifted at Christmas.

Absolutely love Kids Come First. My son goes here and it's been amazing since day one. They are so warm, caring, and attentive. Highly recommend!

Only giving it 4 stars because of the preschool Educators my son had last summer. It was a new program and the teachers worked hard to make sure all the children had a fun summer before going off to school.

Now if it was based on the owner and assistant supervisor, this center would get 0 stars. I am in the childcare business as well for over 20 years and I have never ever met such rude and unprofessional admin staff. I'm just glad they don't interact with the children and parents every day. It boggles my mind to think these people have been in the business of dealing with parents for this long! But then it's the front line staff that arekeeping this place afloat.

Management/owner is unreliable and can be quite rude. Not a place I’d want to place my children. The other office lady is quite wonderful but it’s not worth it
