This clinic is absolutely amazing. Every member of staff I’ve encountered or been treated by are the same - incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The ladies at admin have fantastic energy and are always so pleasant to deal with. The dentists and hygienists put any anxiety you may have at ease, constantly ensure you’re okay and not experiencing any pain through out procedures, and explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it, to keep you informed and aware. The space is clean and organized and has a great vibe overall. I very highly recommend!

I have been a client of Willow West Dental for about 40 years. I have always felt welcomed when i show up for my appointments. The Ladies behind the desk always provide a smile when you arrive. The cleanings and any other procedures i have had over the years have always been top notch. Having evening appointments was always a bonus for me. I have moved out of the city over 20 years ago and will not change dentists. Its worth the drive. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to get their smile worked on, to go to Willow West Dental.

Nishima, the dental hygienist was very respectful, patient, and caring. She did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth because she cared about the details of each teeth. The receptionist, Carla, was super friendly, and approachable. She made me feel welcome at their dental office. The dentist was also really nice even though his visit was much shorter.

We were referred here by a friend. Dr. Raynah Fernandes is so good with my daughter, explaining everything step by step what will happen in her treatment plan, showing her all the equipment. She followed up with us after hours regarding an X-ray. Went over the findings and answered all our questions regarding our daughters health. I am so thankful I went to her, now my daughter will be receiving the proper care for her dental care and her health. Her dental assistant is so wonderful making sure my daughter feels comfortable every visit. The secretaries were very friendly from the moment we came in and on the phone/email, very accommodating with our schedule. We look forward to working with Dr. Fernandes and her team on our daughters treatment plan.

I can not say enough good things about this office. Dr Rabbi has seen all of my kids and we are patients as well, she is so kind and caring. She’s a wonderful dentist and ensures you feel confident and understand everything. Dr Fernandez has been doing orthodontic care for my son and has been so great about explaining the process and keeping in touch. Carla is ortho coordinator and is funny kind and knowledgeable. The girls in the office are all incredibly kind and understanding. Michelle and Bobbi especially cheer you on and help make you feel more comfortable if you’re nervous like I am. The assistants have been great that we have worked with as well. It’s a great environment and a beautiful space to have work done in. Thanks for everything.

My kids and I have been going to this dental clinic for over two years now and I am very pleased with their services. The office is always clean and organized. The front staff are so helpful and accommodating when it comes to booking appointments. The hygienist's too are so gentle and thorough with mine and my kid' 'cleanings. Dr Fernandes saw me through my Invisalign treatment and I was grateful for her sound advice and great recommendations. Truly grateful to have found this clinic!

I have some serious dental anxiety and had put off going to the dentist for a LONG time. I couldn’t wait any longer as I was in pain. I was terrified but Christina and Dr. Fernandes were absolutely amazing and the moment Christina started chatting with me, my anxiety was eased. Definitely recommend!

Great dental office. Go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If you have anxiety with dentist you will soon feel at ease. You are usually seen within 5 mins of your appointment. Reception is welcoming. Pricing is fair. My dentist is Dr. Rabi. Shes really nice and does good work.

Dr. Fernandes was absolutely wonderful! She was patient and kind and it was the first time I had a dentist take the time to sit and explain what was being seen on xrays and photos. The hygienist was so gentle, I couldn't barely believe she had done all my teeth in the time that it took.

Best hygienist I have ever had at Willow West Dental. I told the office this. I have sensitive teeth. She used a new type of automatic cleaning device at the beginning of my cleaning which is much better then the manual one they usually use. She did use other manual instruments, being very mindful of my sensitivity. Thank you so much.
