Forgot my laptop charger in another city and desperately needed a replacement. Nothing available at the big name tech stores nearby so I called PCTrust and he said to me "bring your laptop and we'll find one" so I did- and he did! I'm fairly confident that every cable, connection, or adapter that exists in the world can be found within the walls of PCTrust. Super greatful, will come back for tech problems in the future.

Definitely the best electronics store I have ever used.

I've been going to PC trust since I was a teenager. I remember getting off school and going downtown to their internet cafe to play counter strike 1.6 and the original half life.

Ever since then I've used PC trust for all my random electronic needs, with misc PC parts, TVs, laptops, radios. This place has it all! Every time I've been in the store they have exactly what I needed. Don't even get me started with the prices! Very decently priced. This place puts Amazon to shame.

The man who is always there is incredibly nice. You can tell he loves what he's doing because he really wants to assist you with what you need.

Definitely give this place a try if you need anything. I will continue doing so.

Stopped by to pick out some xbox 360 games for my collection. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with, great laughs. Drives a hard bargain but has a great selection to pair with it. You will greatly enjoy your time at this awesome family business

Would recommend this store to anyone requiring service on their computer. Service was excellent, with repairs completed on the same day at a very reasonable rate.

Hadn't had to use John in a few years (that's how amazing he is!), so when I had issues with my laptop, John was the first person we took it to. He is so nice, and so helpful, and he is beyond fair for pricing!! He had it up and running beautifully in a matter of a couple of hours. And, on our way out the door, he also offered us a beverage. I don't know of any other place that does all that! I hope he stays in business a really long time, and John, I know I said a couple of times but.....you don't age!! You don't look any different now than two years ago! Thanks again for all your help, and best of luck working from your new area!!

John is a down to earth guy who takes care of his customers! He’s also very knowledgeable in computers and anything tech related; fair prices and treats you like a friend!

The screen on my child’s laptop broke 3 days prior to finishing a very intense online summer school course.
I after calling and messaging a few other places I really, really thought we were out of luck, but then I came across PCTrust.

John responded quickly, I brought the laptop in and he said he’d check and see if he had the screen and text in half an hour with more information. When I received that text 30 minutes later the computer was already fixed and ready for pick up! I am so thankful that I found him. He literally saved the day! My child is back on track. I will definitely be back with all my future computer needs.

I wanted to share a great experience I had buying a new computer at PC Trust. I wanted a gaming system and I had the system requirements with me looking to purchase. The owner is amazing greeting you when you walk in so you know you will receive great customer service. I explained exactly what I was looking for and showed my system requirements. I was given 2 options and information on both systems. All my questions were explained in detail so my purchase was easy to make. My computer was ready for pickup that same day within an hour of purchase. Its a custom build so my gaming has been awesome since purchasing. PC Trust even downloaded the game and installed it for me. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would. If you want great customer service with great products I highly recommend PC Trust.

This business is worthy of trust! Ordered a rare game which was well priced. Unfortunately it was revealed to have been missing or out of stock. Afterwards I was billed a cancellation fee from my bank for etransfer. When I informed pctrust of my issue, they compensated me in full! This business has a heart for their customers!

Decent little shop. Been going to John now since I was in my early teens. He drives a hard bargain but his products are worth it. Picked up a 3060 for a decent value and traded in my 580 for it. He got all the drivers installed and put that bad boy in for free. It's been running really well and I look forward to coming back for future components and accessories.

John is an awesome person to do business with! He is very reasonable and will try to help you all the way he can. If you can be patient with them, they will go extra miles for you. The shop is loaded with PS games those can be rarely found at any single place near tri-city. Their collection of laptops and desktops is very good compared to other businesses. John helped me to find some great earbuds those are like new. Finally, he offered me a free drink, which I don’t remember that I saw hospitality like them at any computer stores in nearby cities.

Quick, friendly service! Very happy with how my laptop repair went. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Even cleaned up my keyboard and gave me a free root beer 🙂 managed to recover all the data from my old hard drive and did it all within a couple hours. Thanks so much!

This place is amazing. They have everything computer/video game related you could possibly need. We've bought laptops, games, and loads of parts/cables over the years. The prices are really fair and the owner/operator is incredibly knowledgeable!

I have had my new lap top for a few weeks now and I just love it! He went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase! Fantastic and extremely friendly service, went above and beyond on the repair leaving me a very happy customer. All of the negative reviews here are just people who are mad they didn't get the graphics card they want. If you want good professional service come here

Reliable and the owner stands by what he sells

I've never been happier with an electronic store. The man there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I bought a computer from PC Trust almost 7 years ago and took the computer in today for a tune up. The computer now runs like new!

Everytime I go into PC Trust I leave spending less than I planned, whether the visit was to buy something, or get something repaired. The service is very fast and reliable. John doesn't try to upsell. He sells good quality products for a good price. He is very knowledgable and solves issues quickly. Last time I was in he stayed half an hour past closing to fix my PC so I wouldn't need to come back the next day. I highly recommend PC Trust for anything computer related, be it buying/building a computer, or getting one repaired.
