We lost our mother last year, and that is when we first learned of Wall Custance. Scott and Betty Ann at that time were no different
than now! The same compassion, empathy, understanding, and so on.

I would not hesitate for a moment to use their services again!
They do their utmost to ease the pain, and help you make decisions at a time when it's difficult, especially if you've never been through this process before!

We had such a great experience at Wall-Custance. Caitlin took care of everything. She even solved some last minute technical issues, and did an amazing job with the music for the even. Went in yesterday to discuss mother's end of life wishes and the staff were very helpful and kind. All the arrangements have been finalized and the experience was very positive, thank you!

Our family decided to use the services of Wall-Custance after our mom passed away last week. Although I was not directly involved as I am out of town, my brother and sister were very impressed with the staff at Wall-Custance.

I became more involved later and was so delighted with Funeral Directory Taylor Young. An impressive, caring, and attentive young man who made sure every detail was covered, took an interest in all of our requests and made sure everything happened in a professional and caring way at this time of our loss.

Taylor knew exactly how to be a part of our family's grieving and was a big part of the fact that during such a sad and stressful time, all of the little things were looked after.

He was very patient, and at the same time, communicative with us. He made us all feel at ease and confident we had chosen the right Funeral Director.

The drivers were also wonderful and obviously sensitive to our loss, while also being helpful and courteous.

According to my other family members who other dealings with the staff, they were always tremendous, helpful, and responsive at all times.

The people here are very empathetic and helpful regardless of religion their doors are open to you if you are in need of their services. The place itself is very homely and gentle. The team here is very nice and ensures the best for you. Very compassionate people.
